Been really good today only drank water all day :) ive been good with food too and been eating every 3 hours. Not really feeling hungry altho i think i will after ive been the gym haha Only side effect ive noticed again is the dry mouth, no headaches thank god :)
I decided not to go bak to the clinic yesterday because ive not been on them long enough to get clear results, gonna go back on Sat morning which will be day 6. Just hope ive lose a few pounds!! Lol
