Its been a while

Feels like everytime I post on here nowadays its me saying how long its been since my last post :/

Not gonna sit here rambling on about how much has changed... well I'll try not to haha Here goes nothing..

~ 2013 has been a really strange year for me to be honest. People have came into my life in ways I never thought possible, and really turned my world upside down. I know one day I will probably lose them, which tbh makes me very sad, so I'm trying to make the most out of it while I can. I've also made some really good friends too, and reconnected with old friends I lost a long time ago :) Oh and Leah & I are closer than ever. Love my bff so much ♥

~ Deans still the nights section leader :) Its been a rough ride for him this past year, problems with other colleagues etc but hes doing well and hopefully he will be promoted to manager in a few years :)

~ I'm now working my way towards eventually becoming a section leader :) I completed the Step on programme and became our colleague voice representative for nights, but its quite hard to attend the meetings because they're during the day and as you all know I am a creature of the night hehe :) My managers and other section leaders have been so helpful with me and have given me new responsibilities which is great, and I've been giving myself little secret tasks too hehe. Basically, each week I try to make sure I learn something new :)

~ Unfortunately, my gym regime and dieting has pretty much been none existent during 2013. I lost about a stone before Cuba and since then its been slowly creeping off by itself with just healthy eating. All in all up until about last October I had lost about 2 stone, but then this Christmas it went downhill and I ended up putting 10lbs on :(

I've just recently 2 days ago started on Hunger Suppressant tablets called 'Diethylpropion', which will hopefully encourage me to eat smaller portions and get me back on track in the gym :) I'll write another blog post with updates on this though as I want to keep a little log of how I get on with them.

~ My Mum and Jack are now engaged which is brilliant :) I'm so happy that she has finally found someone who makes her truly happy ♥ They even working towards moving into their own home together hehe

 ~ In September, we had a little moment of madness and went on holiday last minute which was amazing :) Leah & Shaun booked it last minute on the Thursday, and then Dean and I managed to book it on the Saturday.. and we left something stupid like on the Tuesday lmao. Had an awesome time, the highlight was probably going to a huge water park :) I never been to anything like it before hehe. All inclusive drinks chillin on the rooftop with a Shisha was so cool too. Loved it so much, and it was my first holiday with Leah aswell :)

~ I'm sad to say however, unfortunately Leah and Shaun have since split up and I don't think they will be getting back together either :( I'm really upset about it to be honest because we all had so many good times together and I'm really going to miss the house parties, sleep overs, holidays, meals and nights out. I know they weren't happy together though so I guess its for the best.

For me 2013 was all about loving life and finding myself, I guess thats why I didn't post much. My taste in music is a lot more diverse these days, and although I still love metal, I have also opened up to lots of other genres, especially House. I can flick from listening to Nine Inch Nails, to Sylosis, to Avicii in a line haha Its quite weird really.

I have also changed my style of clothes a bit. I'll be honest, I think it started when I began to lose weight. I looked at myself in the mirror and found a confidence I'd never had before, n then I'd see pics of me with my flab hanging out cellulite everywhere n I felt like telling my past self to cover up lol. Tbh wearing tiny checkered mini skirts, fishnet tights and vest tops just doesn't really sound too appealing anymore. If I was going on a night out to the Krazyhouse or to a festival yes, but those days are so far and few between. I love wearing skinny jeans and band tees or leggings with jumpers at the mo :) Another aspect of the change really came from working because I'm not allowed my lip bar in and they're very strict about hair colour.

I would love to have pink hair back again. Having Blonde hair is so hard to maintain! I started off by doing it myself, but my hair was in awful condition, breaking all the time and my roots were always quite yellowy. It was ok when I had pink because the colour would hide the difference in the tone, so in the end I bit the bullet and went to the hairdressers haha. I now go to voodou and get highlights every few weeks. Its veeeery expensive but its what I need to do to get nice healthy hair again :)

Over the festival weekend

Safe to say, surviving the Download festival weekend was pretty hard, but we made up for it in other ways :) We had a party in our flat for Leah which was great, loads of people turned up and we had a good laugh hehe Best memory of the night - Leah projectile puking into the sink lmao Now when I think back its pretty gross, but at the time I was choking on my drink with laughter haha :')

Then the next day we went to see Four Year Strong which was good. I'm not really into that type of music but it was for Leahs birthday and we had a good time, and actually the band were pretty good :)

Ohhhh its almost Download Festival :D I can't wait! I've started making my dreads for the festival - theyr pink and green! :) Bit different, I'm not too keen on the way theyr looking right now but i'll just wait n see how they turn out I guess.

My mum went away camping on Wed n got back today, but it was good cause Dean stayed with me while she was away n we just chilled it was nice :) Gonna be weird sleeping alone tonight though.

Oh and I went to a gig on Wednesday with Leah, she bought 2 tickets to see Four Year Strong but her friend pulled out at the last minute so I went with her. I was pleasantly surprised :) They were quite good!

And then tonight we went to Rhys n Jennies house and ordered food n had some drinks which was nice :) Haven't saw them in aaaaaaaaaages! I defo think we should start meeting up more often

Haven't blogged in a while.. been busy with Uni work :( Boooo

But anyways, I had a good easter :) Still got lots of chocolate left and I'm gonna eat lots of it now haha greeeedy

Oh and finally, yes finally, Leah and Roxanne are fine again :) I'm so happy its over. I've missed Rox and haven't really been able to see or speak to her because of all this crap, there just hasn't been an opportunity! :( It was such a little small insignificant thing, blown completely out of proportion and its messed with so many peoples lives, not cool at all.

Also, I put Lews hair into *real* dreads :) They're looking excellenté but obviously not properly formed yet, will take a few months/years for that haha

Ermmm so yeah just a quick update really lol. I'm still taking my photo everyday, I haven't had time to compile March into a video yet though :/

Oh and I've made an Auto clicker program.. go me :P

Twath Stephens 22nd birthday yesterday and him, Leah & Lew came to mine which was rather fun :) Had chippy chips n curry, then about half an hour later we ordered pizza mmmmm yummy Also watched 28 Days Later, good film :) Can watch it a millions, it will never get old.

I'm quite proud, they turned out better than expected :) I am gonna try n make some more soon too for other people, and I might try and make a mass collage one of all my friends soon too, that will take a while to complete though! lol

Dean suggested I make an animation of them transforming from photo to vector, so here it is... (pls be patient! - they will take a while to load!!)

Claire looks perfect, but mine isn't so accurate. When i made the cat nose the real size it looked silly lol Oh and obviously i couldn't do the net properly on my top.. i'd be there for years

Another stupid tuesday..

I wish tuesdays didn't exist :/
Finally got that stupid Personal development presentation over and done with today, and just my luck as I was talking I said skill wrong, I said 'skwill' lol So for the rest of my speech I was trying not to burst into laughter.. not good :P When personal development is over forever I'll be a happy person.

So anywhos, go home and have some bacon & sausages only to find that the sausages aren't fresh and now I don't feel well GAY.

But lets not talk about tuesdays any more.. lets talk about the past week :D
I am certainly not one for romantic films, i like action, sci fi and comedy, period! but on Sat I got sky player on my Xbox *free movies when i want :)* so i thought why not, lets see what all the fuss is about, i'll watch Twilight.

Alls i can say is.. mmmyessum :) haha meesa loves Edward Cullen :P I wish Dean was a vampire lol oh well :P

Its weird though, Robert Pattinson who plays Edward Cullen isn't even that nice in reality, i mean hes nice.. but not *that* nice, its his character and the way the story is which makes people like him so much. I found out Leah likes Jacob, eeeeew, hes a dirty werewolf haha Thats how you know Leahs not a gothgirl at heart :P

Righto, I'm off to do some Uni work now till mummy gets in, then we're going to the new Tesco weee

Ouchie, my head itches >.<

Yarp my head itches, think I'll by taking these darned dreads out soon, i love them but I don't know how anyone can leave them in for more than 2 weeks! Its a nightmare. Might take them out for a few days then put more in for Jeremy Kyle on Thursday :)

And in other news...Had a good day today with Leah♥

Went into Uni *late* today to finish stupid P&D coursework, and to my delight couldn't find my group anywhere. So I sat there for like 30mins on Facebook, and did a Flash tutorial, then it didn't work and i got angry but Leah saved me :)

Shes got conjunctivitus so we went to the Chemist to get her some ointment, then headed off to the Bakers Dozen for some Burgers (MLIA), then we went shopping in Matalan woowoo :)

Started my xmas shopping which is good, CANT WAITTTTTT.

Anyway, gonna go now to tidy my room then I think i'll give my Xbox some love, haven't been on it in a while cause the wires are all tangled. I should really set the Wii up again and get on the Wii fit to lose some weight.. maybe ill set it up b4 i go on xbox :)

Weird feelings...

Talk about a blast from the past, I've just been reading Leahs old Livejournal posts from an age ago, and I must say, It didn't just back those happy memories, it also brought back many demons which I tried so hard to forget.

A long long time ago, Leah and I were like... jam on toast, chips and beans, apple crumble and custard, the bin and marmite, you just didn't get one without the other, we came as a pair. She was my best friend, and no one came close in comparison.

When mine and Deans relationship became serious, I made a fatal error.. I disconnected myself from life thinking nothing of it. I didn't just lose contact with Leah, and lost all my friends, and just went into my own little shell.

Naturally, Leah became friends with other people.. and it got to the point, were we didn't come as a pair anymore.. we didn't even come in the same category, we hardly talked. She found a best friend in Roxanne, who now I've came to love to bits myself, but at the time I didn't know her and all I did was see her as a threat.

Reading back on those old journals, it just reminds me of how much of a screw up I was. I should have been there, having a laugh, going out, just being a friend like everyone else. Instead I just.. let go of everyone I cared for and expected them to still be there when I wanted them.

In actual fact, which makes me feel even worse, I remember blaming every one else. I cut myself off, then when they all had moved on, I blamed them in my head, thinking they were the ones who left me, which obviously they would do if they thought I didn't wanna know them anymore :/

These are weird feelings right now :/ This was all in the past, I should be looking back, laughing and saying 'what was I thinking', but instead I feel.. angry for letting this whole shananigan occur.

- But then I think... everything happens for a reason. I have more friends than ever, I have my boyfriend of nearly 6 years.. Leah, my best friend and still, no1 comes close in comparison.. and I also have new best friends too who I love more than anything.

I think the moral of this story is, people are young, people grow and everyone makes mistakes, but it all happens for a reason, and I wouldn't be here today if it hadn't :/

I've been a happy bunny on the outside, but today has been the worst day of my life for about 3 years, and I have no explanation for why. Tuesdays suck.

Well as you can probably see, I have started uploading old blogs :) Goes back to 2004!! If you do read them, I'm sorry.. I was only 15 afterall :P

Had a fun night tonight, went to see a band called 'Drakes Rebellion' at the Zanzibar with Leah, Claire & Roxie ^_^ The singer is an old friend of Leah & Rox from college, so I thought ahh why not eh. You should all check em out on their Myspace they're really good!! :)

It was good to get out with the girlies, don't get to see them that often, and it was the first time we'd all been out together just us 4, twas nice :)

Oh yeah, might aswell put some random updates on here while i'm at it..

Went to Rhys' surprise 21st birthday party on Friday, t'was great had a good time. Andy Bev Scott Adam and Jay were there, and I don't get to see them that often so it was pretty sweet. Me & Dean had a bit of a falling out though which was gay but we've sorted it out now :) On the way home Scott n Dean ran into some trouble though which is sheeite :@ Scott got whacked n lost his lip ring! Some people can be right twats!

Then the next day I went to the Southport Firework Competition with Dean & Lewis, and Claire n Sean met us there :) Was great although we missed the first lot of fireworks unfortunately. Also Dean was on his bike, so we couldn't go in the Arcades or anything which was a bit poo but nevermind, I went on the Merry-go-round anyways with Sean n Lew so that was awesome :D

Oh Oh Oh Oh and I can't waiiiiit !! ^_^ Rikki, Deans sister, is havin a little babee boy called Travis! ^-^ Shes due at the end of November! I can't wait, I've been shopping already n got some goodies for him. Its gonna be weird havin a baby round at Xmas, I think its gonna be really good :D

And last but not least, Halloween soon!! I really regret not going out to the Krazyhouse last year, and since this is a year for change.. its happening :)
Hopefully Dean will be able to come, If he does I think we're gonna go as a couple and be in matching outfits. If so, I'm gonna be Chun Li and hes gonna be Ryu, should be great I rly hope he comes! :D And because its a Halloween weekender, I'm going as Hello Kitty on the other day! yaaay lol

Then the weekend after, we have Bonfire Night and Claires birthday! I'm so gutted, Muse falls on Bonfire night so I'm gonna miss all the good displays, I'm sure Muse will be worth it though. So we're going out for Claires birthday on the Saturday :)

Anywho thats all i can think of for now lol

2nd week

Well... into the 2nd week of Uni!
I'm rather enjoying it so far :) Bit boring but I'm sure it'll get more interesting as time goes on :/ whether thats a good thing or a bad thing though i dunno! haha

Got our first piece of coursework today BLEHHH. I haven't done any form of course work or homework in... hmmm about 3 and a half years? haha I feel like a kid again!

Had an amazing night in Stevies on Saturday, everyone came round for a lil party while his parents are away ^_^ It was great cause I got to meet some new people - Tet, Sean & Helen, who are all so cool! I'm glad they came :D
I also liked the fact that I got to know some people a bit more :) Like Hayley, shes so funny! ♥ *pikapika* ^_^, Claire as always just amazing, once again found out more things which we have in common! haha, Gary the Daddy to be awww ^-^ and Roxie just lovely as always! ♥ Looks like Leah & Rox might have sorted everything out too so I'm happy :D I'm sure we're all gonna get along just fine! I love them all ♥♥♥ :)

Anyway, after that splosh oh loveydoveyness, My mum sent off the form for mine & Deanybobs home! So, hopefully this time next year I'll be living in my own house! Yaaaay.

Ehhhh start Gateway to Work today in Crosby Training for 2 weeks! I really cba going, but i guess its best to get it out of the way before the 2 holidays! And not only that, but i have a banging head ache and a blocked nose Think its from sitting out in Rhys' garden all night, although i did feel warm.

And on to Leahs Play, it was great She really surprised me and has really improved since the last show which i saw. Wish i hadn't asked a gang of 5 lads to come with me though, when the first years did Chicago all i ever heard was 'Oooohh she'd get it, shes fit 'er' from Andy and the rest just glaring with their chins at the floor. lol Ahh well

Was good anywho and can't wait for her next show whenever that may be!

Now im going to get ready for this shitty Gateway2Work thing, even though im ill!

Leah is still good old Leah lol, don't see her as much anymore as we both have different friends but shes still me bezzie! lol Hopefully we'll start going out more again soon ^_^
Helen now lives in New Zealand!! Other side of the world nearly! :( I didnt even get to say goodbye properly, i sent her a message over myspace though wishing her the best!
Kento goes to Hugh Baird College doing Music with Ck, and he has long hair now! lol I am good friends with his sister Jennie still though :)
Stevie is still a good friend and i speak to him quite often, probably not as much as i'd like to but i never see him around :( No more bus journeys! *sigh*
Kerry goes to KGV and makes movies about Mr. Coconut... lol.
Tim lives by my house but i never seem to see him, so i dont have any idea what hes upto anymore!

Linkin Park have turned ubershit and i realised a while ago, they always have been.
Kevzie has just left school and i dont speak to him much, but he came to my 18th Birthday Party :D

I miss everyone!!

Ive not got pictures of anyone from college. But it was Leah, Matt, Ray, Laura and Hannah who i associated with really! Although we only just left, i miss everyone cause most of my friends left in the first year :(

Everyone moves on and i dont like it anymore!!!!!
