I'm a fucking machine!

Well... I've worked 2 nights in Asda so far. Its not too bad, but my whole body is aching! lol It actually hurts to walk cause my legs are so sore :(

Being the 'health & beauty' colleague is a pain in the ass, sorting out all the little fiddly boxes kills my knees lol Although last night my manager put me on the hair dyes and said its the worst one to do but I need to know it and then the person I was working with agreed that its awful pretty much, ....but I loved it haha. Sorting out the boxes and looking at all the colours, its my kinda job :P

Anyway, now to address the title of this blog post.. I'm a fucking machine! :D..

My first night in Asda, 10pm-6am.. and I had a telephone interview at 9.30am on the Thursday morning lol
So basically this is how it went... my first night in Asda was Wednesday, and I'd been up all day cause I couldn't sleep, and did my first 10pm-6am shift.. needless to say I was absolutely dead. So I got home anyways at about 7am, got into bed cuddled up to Dean and fell asleep, alarm goes off at 9.25am 5 mins before my interview lol. So theres me, barely 2 hours sleep aching all over half dead, phone messing up (I had to do the interview in Deans back garden cause the signal was so bad!!) and I managed to pass my Shop Direct telephone interview :D Lunacy! So I have a proper interview on Tuesday lol

Anywho, I'm pretty lonely right now :( Deans got a gig in Exeter with Korn Again and is staying over and I'm all alone in my house.. the night before Easter :( We're actually going to miss Easter this year cause he won't be back until about 6pm :( We're having an Easter week instead though so its ok :)

How depressing, only 20 and I'm a "reduntee" =( Another victim of the recession

*Sigh* Well, I've had a good cry today to say the least, now I'm dealing with it.

When I got into work today they had a meeting and announced that they're going to close our Call Centre. "Supposedly" our customers are now shopping online and don't need to call us as much, explain why we never have a break off the phones then please!!

So, I've got 90 days to look for a new job, and time to transfer all my direct debits into my mums name if I cant get one, nice isnt it after nearly 2 years of service.. I'm probably not even going to get redundancy pay. Obviously I'll be trying my hardest to get a new job, but 1000 people have just been layed off in Crosby, so everyone is going to be applying for the same job as me.

LUCKILY, I had a change of heart 3 days ago, I decided I am going to go to Uni. Obviously everyone was given the day off work today, so my mum picked me up and I went down to the Unis to get a Prospectus. God knows what I'm going to do, I'll have a good look through tomorrow when I'm sitting in work refusing to take any calls!!

I suppose from a company perspective I can see why they closed Crosby out of all the Call Centres, but they didn't even give us an inkling we were under threat, just one day KABLAMO.

There goes my holiday which I was going on for my 21st too *Sigh*

What a shit day this has been, I didn't even win the lottery again. Haha funny isnt it, I suppose that was my stupid way of trying to give this situation a silver lining. S'not gonna happen, I feel so insignificant. I knew I was anyway in a Call Centre with 1000 staff, but this just reinforces it.

I'm just so lucky I don't have loads of bills to pay, the only bill I have unpaid is my Littlewoods Staff Account... haha.

Oh well, suppose I'll have to go to sleep now, I'm in work 1.30 till 11pm tomorrow, happy days.

EDIT 01/02/09: I suppose I best add this in, we found out we're being closed down because of the online success (They don't need us now on the phones). So... In a way I've brought this upon myself, damn my eternal online shopping habits! I bought so many things on the website recently I've kicked myself out of my own job, its just gets better doesnt it lol

Been a really horrible day today If you read my last blog you'll know I aint been too happy lately anyway, well this morning just added to the trauma!

My first day off in ages, I planned on sorting my room out and just chilaxin about all day. Well I got up and went downstairs to get some breakfast, and noticed that ALL my fish were floating on top of the tank dead

I shouted my mum to come in and then we noticed that Wayne, the biggest fish was actually still alive but he was floating on the top basically half dead

In a shocked mad rage we threw him in the washing up bowl in fresh water. He had a big blood patch on his nose and all his fins had bloody vains, he was internally bleeding I looked on the net and it turns out he has septicemia. In the tub he was still floating on his side gasping for air so my mum held him upright with his head out of the water to see if he could breath properly and it seemed like it woke him up out of a coma or something.

We went to the Aquatics shop and bought a new tank so he has loads of free room to swim and got him some anti bacterial medicine stuff to see if we could save him.

Now hes in the tank and luckily he seems to be ok. He is very sluggish but he is swimming again now. I have a video of him in his new tank here. Hopefully he will be ok.

I tell ya what though, Pippin was so cute. Wayne is like his little friend, and he always used to put his paw on the tank to try and touch him. When Wayne was in the bowl Pippin was sitting at the side watching him the whole time, and when I took him out of the kitchen and closed the door he was really eager to get back in trying to open the door and he would run back to the bowl to see if he was ok. It was if he was genuinely worried and upset cause he knew he wasnt well

Oh yeh and bleh, also work sucks. We may have to work on Boxing Day, gonna find out tomorrow.

So yep, been a crappy day indeed

Wow I ain't blogged in ages!! I don't know whats got in to me

Well.. just a few updates..

I now have this colour hair (its reddy/burgundyish). T'was meant to be bright red but the bleach didn't work on my black very well lol

I've got a new phone, and a new number.. so ask if you want it.

I have a Nintendo Wii! w00p w00p. Another console to add to my neverending list lol It will never beat my Xbox though

I've decorated my room, its red & black with a starry border which looks very cool

I'm still with Dean, and its been basically 4 and a half years now yahhhikes!

Still working in Littlewoods *sigh* Been in a bit of trouble lately, and today I got a final warning for being off sick >.< src="http://x.myspace.com/images/blog/smileys/kiss.gif"> its very comfy.

Can't really think of much else.. my lifes pretty poo at the moment. I'm a fat cow and need to lose weight but its just not coming off me

What an awful awful day =’(

Oh my god, this has just been the worst day in ages

First of all, this morning i was getting a taxi to work, and when i went to pay the driver with a £10 note, he was REALLY snotty and went ’got no change’ and i was like, ’no change of a tenner?... i dont think ive got change either’ And he was jst like ’no’.
I wouldnt mind but it only cost 4.40 all he had to do was give me £5 in change, what type of taxi driver doesnt have £5 change?!
So i had to run into work and ask everyone if they had change of £10, and then this lovely receptionist lent me a £5 note to pay him, so i ran back out and he gave me 20P CHANGE!!! He was only waiting less than a minute and he charged me 40p for waiting when it wasnt my fault!!

And then i had to sit on the phones all day taking complaints after complaints when all of their moaning isn’t my fault, putting up with their stupidness, trying to explain to stupid people what ’You dont need to pay for this yet’ means!,
And then to top it off, i had this poor old woman on the phone, born in 1932 so very old, and she was crying to me
She had a call from Debt Collections saying she was going to court for not paying, bt she had made the payment in November but it hadnt gone through. And she was upset because everyone was horrible to her saying its tough they cant help her, so when i advised her what to do after 30mins, she said i’m the nicest person shes spoke to about it and she was like ’oh thank you’ and i felt really sad after that

And then when i come home, im just browing the internet and i go on ebay to find that i’d bidded on an item last month and forgot about it n won, and it’d been so long since i went on ebay that ive got a Unpaid item stike, lost all my feedback priveliges and this man has gave me super bad feedback saying AVOID n stuff. I sent him a message saying im sorry and i completely forgot but now i dont know what to do
And to top it off, i realised i got bad feedback off some guy i bought my mums mothers day present off because i said i didnt think it was real. So now hes said distrusting customer n stuff *sigh*

And i’ve got work 2moro and i dont wanna go in at all Im really really upset about today. I know the stuff thats happened isnt REALLY bad, but its all added up together and made today just super bad.

I can’t wait to see Dean i’m just gonna cuddle up to him n cry my eyes out!

*sigh* mega down today I need to find a new job, it just depresses me thinking about it. I’ll admit, its good for the money, but its just so bad at the same time. I want a job where i dont have to talk to 100+ people everyday and pretend to be nice, sometimes i just dont wanna talk

Also Im heartbroken about Runescape, i miss it so much. I wish Jagex would change it back

And Download Festival is nearly here and im pset about that too! It is just so poop, i want to go to a festival put it would cost too much to go abroad *sigh*

I am actually considering leaving work and then going back on the dole if worst comes to worst and it takes a while.. its that bad.

I didn't get an angry customer like i thought i would.. but i did get a CRYING CUSTOMER! I wasn't ready for that at all, i think its probs worse than angry cust koz ya dont know what to say lol Her nan had died in the morning and the delivery man was really horrible to her! I managed to sort her out though

Oh and i also had a cust who had me speechless, we are trained to answer questions, so when a woman comes on and says something like this you get a bit confused!!..
'hi i have recieved a mini skirt and a coat'
(me)*pause* "ermmm... oh right... do you want to return it or are you happy with it???" ..
"no its ok, i dance so i will wear the skirt for that but i dont think ill wear it outside haha" ....

Believe it or not...

Well, general pooage:

1) I am officially working on the Customer Services/Queries phoneline at Littlewoods Which means, I'm meant to be able to answer pretty much any question you have ... yeh right! lol

In a way its kinda like a promotion, even though it works out im only on £500 more a year! lol

Its bloody hard though! Its all Crediting and Debiting, Dividing and Multiplying, Credit Limits and Balance, Past Dues, Abbreviations and Annotations, Arrears, Speed Dials, and Data Protection Act, Cashback, Interest, Insurance and Buy now pay later, and my god the list goes on

Ahh well, I'll get it eventually i hope lol

2) On to Korn/Deathstars... was awesome but we got there to find out that we had SITTING TICKETS, twas mega bummage I felt like crying! We could hardly see them, twas my fault tho i didnt even think.

Oh and Flyleaf, well.. all i can say was... they were absolutely appauling. I just couldn't believe it

So yeh, me and dean made a decision.. never going the Apollo Arena again unless its an amazingly unbelievable band which we've never saw, with a guarantee of standing tix!! lol Its just a pain in the ass to get to aswell

3) Regarding my Xbox, My Viva Pinata disc has fucking scratched, so now I cant play it anymore :( Its so bad the data has actually came off. iI think the cats have walked on it!. I'm gonna havta buy a new one. Oh and not only that but my xbox live subscription expired today!

AND

4) My 4ft fishtank basically leaked everywhere. Just before i was gonna go to sleep, i went the toilet and when i came back i realised my bedroom floor was underwater and the fish were swimming in about 4inches of water left which was in the tank! So i had to quickly take them out and put them in a bowl before the tank gaveway, and then i emptied what water was left in the tank and pulled all my cupboards out so i could put towels down on the floor to soak up the water before it went through to the electrics!

And today, i had to buy a new fishtank, which ended up costing me £100 quid! Bleh! I hope those goddamn fish appreciate it! lol

And thats about it really.. wish me luck for work tomorrow. I've a feeling im going to get my first angry customer lol

Yarp, work is definitely poo. I'm in work this week from 3 til 10pm and its half 1 nearly and i gotta leave soon. Im basically not gonna see Dean all week, and im gonna miss DOUBLE CORRIE, which has ruined my life, not to mention CORRIE ALL THIS WEEK! Arghhh its hell. My whole day has gone now. At this point, i would rather be on £5 an hour or something in a normal job. Sack the £8 an hour, its just not worth it

Think I might look for a normal job after Christmas, but however much i want to, theres no way im going back on the dole! haha although that seems like heaven right now. Ahh the days of sitting around all day watching Jeremy Kyle and Spongebob Square Pants, seeing Dean whenever i felt like it, never missing a corrie and watching the Omnibus if it was a good week just for the sake of it. What a slobbish but lovable life i had lol.

Anyways, im not going to see the Birthday Massacre now, although they are uber amazing, i worked out it would cost me about 50quid all in all, and i dont even like their new stuff, so ive sacked that right off lol. So now, i have 2 days booked off on holiday for no reason, its great.

Bored now, and time seems to be going quicker when i do this, which is a bad thing. So byeeee xxxxx

This week, Bleh

Work is poo, my shift for this week was off Thurs and in on Sunday, which i thought would be good, but now i'm at Sat night and im in work 2moro and it sucks bum.

On thurs i went Swimming with Dean which was fun I ain't been swimming since June, so it was good. Was madgoing back to good ol' Bootle baths, brought back some memories from Primary School lol

And today, i went to Cheshire Oaks It was good there but i just didn't find anything i needed. I wanted t-shirts but i just couldn't find anything worth buying.. sooo.. i don't think ill be going again

I also went to the Blue Planet Aquarium too T'was fun, aint been since i was ikle. I got some good pics with Sharks, so i'll upload them soon!

But yeah.. i gotta work for 6 days in a run now and it is megapoo. Working on a SUNDAY! Its appauling lol. I'm not even on doubletime.. i don't think. I best had be. £16quid an hour if so.. oh yes! lol

2nd happiest day of my life =)

Today i got paid my first wages for Littlewoods Obviously i ain't gonna splodge the amount i got all over the net, but lets just say i aint even saw that much in real life before, so yeah, alot of money! haha

I am very much a happy bunny! hehe

Oh and just so ya know, yeah this is a great day, but my No1 happiest day was meeting Dean still lol Corny alert haha

Ok so time for some general bloggish =/

I haven't blogged in ages because my comp is broke! And on top of that, the laptop has broke! And its not like my bro usually lets me on the ds comp for more than 5 mins so i aint really been on! Boohoooo

Also, My Mobile Phone has broke! Bummer or what lol Well.. it works.. but the screen has cracked and its black, and i have about 4p credit on it *kah* lol So yeah, i haven't charged it in about 2 weeks lol i just cba.. or.. cba..atmtbh?? i think lol dang Nikki

But its ok.. i get paid next friday! YAZZOOOJA! (yep thats how happy i am.. i make words up lol) Dunno how much i'll be getting yet, but either way its gonna be more than ive ever had in my whole life ever ever forever lol

And the next day, Saturday, im going to town. And buying a new phone!! w00pw00p!!!!!!!11!!1 lol

Ok and on to other news.. Work. Its been ok, boring, but ok lol I have finished my training now and im on to the grad bay which is basically the big call centrey bit. I took 74 calls today and i got 10 add on sales. Which is superfabadociouslygood for my second day properly lol Well.. i think it is anyway lol

Oh and about 40% of the people who called pronounced J as 'Jai' I was like err. J or I lol Aliens

Oh and Dean and I redecorated his bedroom at the weekend lol It is now Black and Lime Green! lol It looks sexy believe me. And hes drawing pictures on each wall.. Transformers, Star Trek, Marshal Amps, and some other cool stuff which i'll be helping with

Ok so that pretty much sums up whats been going on. My ears are fine, still a bit sore if i bang them, but seem to be fine =D Oh and i'm still obsessing over Star Trek TNG lol Check out my pictures and go to artwork to see my ideas of what i would look like as a Klingon, and Dean as a Borg. I am very much proud of them, and i am defo gonna do some more when i get my comp back in order.

Oh and when i get paid i am so getting driving lessons. I just cant wait lol

Excitement kicking in...

...about starting work! =D

Boredom will NOT be a factor anymore. I know money isn't meant to make you ultimately happy, but i think thats a lie lol.

I have a boyfriend, and im never gonna be lonely because of him. I'll be able to buy everyone great Xmas presents, and im gonna take driving lessons!

I want this car...

(with 5 doors!) and in time ill be able to buy it!

I am gonna buy a...

And ill be able to go to Disneyland! And i'll be able to afford food! And a new comfy bed! and i'll be able to go to town and not worry about only having £5 and ill be able to go the pics whenever i want!

And im gonna go on a massive shopping spree and buy LOTS of clothes and bags!

Ohh and im not gonna be stuck in the house all the time! I'll be out in work and when i come in ill be tired and ready for bed at a normal time! And if i get bored ill be able to AFFORD taxis to anywhere!

And ill not have to worry about affording my Download Festival ticket cause ill be able to buy it weeks in advance!

And the holidays, THE HOLIDAYS!.. I'll be able to CHOOSE where i wanna go, and money wont be a problem anymore! The only problem would be.. booking the holidays

I'm sitting here with no money, no place to go and im so bored! But soon it wont be a problem! I'm gonna cherish these lazy couch potato days while i can I might even put money towards the Sky bill so we can get Sky+!! I'll never miss Coronation Street again!! *dreamy*

Ohh and im gonna go the Gym! I'll give up my fatty food ways and be able to afford healthy food, and ill ultimately lose weight finally! Oh and im gonna buy a Guitar! Maybe a Daisy Rock one!

Im also gonna invest some of my money too! I'll buy shares but i dunno what in yet!
