Just a quick post/update :) Everything is great in the flat, its just a case of buying stupid things like bedside tables and curtains - unimportant stuff basically. I'm gonna write a full blog post another day to update on EVERYTHING thats happened since October.

Christmas was really good but weird haha Waking up and seeing Dean straight away was strange for a start, and then getting up and having breakfast and opening presents in our own flat.... just weiiiird haha.

I have a hamster, shes called Chewy and her full name is Miss Chewbacca Evans-Carr haha :D
I have a new blackberry - the blackberry torch 9810 .. although my charger just broke GAAAAY
I've restarted my 365 for 2012, probs won't be able to finish it though since the world ends this year EUGH.
Ermmmm.... I'm soon to go Platinum blonde. I wanna do some sort of video diary of the process but we'll see
I'm workin in Asda 4 & 5 days at the moment, hopefully I'll get a proper contract soon :)

Happy happy right now :) The flat is coming along nicely. Johns finishing up the painting in the next few days, Barrys put all the blinds up, we're getting a new sofa off Carl & Nat, and we ordered the carpets today :)

Colour schemes for the rooms:

Living room - Cream/Beige carpet, classic cream walls and 1 feature wall (yet to be decided, probably brown)
Hall - Cream/Beige carpet & Empress Green walls
Kitchen - Cream floor tiles (already there), classic cream walls & 2 red walls, wood furnishings
Bedroom - Black carpet, dove grey walls & 1 feature black wall with purple stuffs in
Spare room - Black carpet, white walls and everything inside will be black
Bathroom - We're gonna get slate tiles (probs Lino :P) but at the moment its blue with white walls

Also I have a pantry in the kitchen which I'll be painting once we're in there, and by the front door we have a recess which I like to call my Dungeon :P I'll be painting that and making it into a cloak room when we're in :)

Really getting withdrawl symptoms from not writing on my blog :( Its just so hard to find the time right now with only using Deans laptop.

Good news is upon us though :D.. Got a phone call from One Vision Housing last week, after LOTS of fucking about, the old tenants have now handed in the keys to our flat AND, yesterday a One Vision van was outside the flat all day. GOOOD TIMMMES. Soo, I'm hoping we'll be getting a viewing in about a week or 2.

Now for some bad stuff to talk about :( Today I'm getting a blood test for the first time since I had my councelling (video is on youtube). I had a needle when I had my tooth out, but it wasn't the same. I'm not gonna lie, I'm really really scared. I keep doing things which my councellor told me to stop doing as it doesn't help the phobia, but I can't help it :( I always struggled with having the inner part of my elbow and arm exposed, and today I can't stop twitching my arms. I'm actually struggling to type because my arms are extended. I must get over this, I can't let it control my life again :(

Fuck all has happened :/ I'm just plodding along, work, tv, sleep pretty much.

About the only drama I've had is losing my favourite (and only) lip bar. Just ordered a new one so hopefully it will arrive soon so my piercing doesn't close over.

Ermmmmm.. also Korn Again at the Krazyhouse was beyond epic. First time i've actually seen them and felt like I was at an actual gig and not just there to see my boyfriends band :) Good stuff.

2 days ago Korn Again played Gasworks Bradford again which was great as usual. The crowd wasn't amazing but I think it has something to do with it costing £4 to get in when last time it was free.. plus people could see and hear the band from upstairs anyway haha Then we stayed out for Wizzzzzzs birthday which was cool. Lots of drinks and strobes in a random place :P

Oh and can I just say, I love my baby Dean :) When i came home from work this morning at 6am, there was a big plate of Spagetti Bolognese waiting for me. IT WAS AWESOMMMMME. ♥♥♥

Oh and we're going to Chester Zoo on Thursday for Riks Birthday which should be cool. Can't wait to see Trav n Daisys faces when they see the Elephants and Giraffes XD

My Birthday & Sonisphere

Well, my birthday bbq was brilliant :D Dean sorted out the food as always cause hes the resident bbqer :P and we had looots of drinks :) Lots of people turned up too but it wasn't too crowded like we were worried about. 20 people fit in the bungalow can you believe it!! haha nah we were in the back garden luckily :P LUCKILY the weather was perfect :)

Brilliant night and theres actually still quite alot of alcohol left so might have to do it again :P

Its just a shame my actual birthday didn't follow that pattern :/ Started off by getting some great presents off Dean :) A cat ears hoody and Dance Central xbox Kinect game, however we couldn't use the game because we didn't have a Kinect adapter. Soooo, we went to the Strand to buy a new xbox and trade in our old Elite. The plan for the night was to go to the Cinema and for a meal, with me Dean my mum and whoever else wanted to come, however didn't quite pan out! Dan got arrested for smoking/in possession of weed, and there were random strangers in the house cause the police had left them there (they're Dans friends, but theyr strangers to me). So I spent my birthday waiting in a fucking police station for Dan, and when we does come out, he had the cheek to just grin then walk away and not even say happy birthday or anything, he didn't even say hi.

Me n Dean ended up going for a meal alone anyway without my mum and then went to see Transformers which was good. Just a shame it was overshadowed by all the drama :(

I really don't know whats happened to him lately. In the space of only a month or two, hes been involved with the police on numerous occasions, had fights and lost his gf Mel (which I'm actually quite devastated about - shes so lovely and meeting her was the best thing that ever happened to him) If he carries on like this hes going to lose his job :/

Anywhooooo Sonisphere was awesome :) Bands were excellent and pics to follow! Unfortumately Miread (Jays gf) had toncilitus so couldn't really talk or drink so a mad one was off the menu, but we had a good time anyways :)

Righty, Dean will be home soon :) Oh last but not least, Deans got a job working nights, so we'll be working together :D Most people say they'd hate it, but i think we'll be fine :) We'll be on completely different aisles anyway and the only time we'll see eachother is at breaks or if hes walking past. Plus we'll save on taxis :) yaaaay

So much has happened since my last post lol

Well, I best start off with the most important. Pippin is still missing :( I just can't even begin to understand what might have happened to him. People say oh he'll turn up hes still out there somewhere, and then others say wouldn't you like to think hes still alive somewhere? Right now, all I can think of is that I hope hes been ran over and was killed instantly. I can't bare the thought that he could be out there lost, starving confused, cold. I also don't like the idea that someone has captured him and hes terrified, he was such a scardy cat and terrified of strangers. I don't know, I guess the best scenario would be hes been getting fed by someone else and decided to live there.

Anyway, if he is out there, I just hope hes happy and safe. I miss him so much :(

So yeah, since Pippins gone missing me and Dean have moved out. Well... ish. We're staying in Deans nans because shes not well and is getting looked after by his mum n Paul. Her bungalow was broken into a few months ago so we decided to stay here for a while so people don't get suspecious of the house being empty.

Its nice though, having our own place with all our own stuff doing what we want when we want.. well.. again thats ish haha. Deans a fussy bugger about things being tidy :/ lol Nemo is with us too. He seemed a bit bewildered being at home and seemed on a bit of a downer, and I was worried that the house might smell a bit like Pippin. So we decided to move him into the bungalow with us. We've been here about a month now n he seems really happy :) He loves the conservatory and loves all the attention hes getting. He actually jumped up on the roof yesterday which isn't good. Gonna havta keep an eye on him n possibly get him a harness from now on

Aaaaand, I got a contract with ASDA :) I work Thursday Friday and do Wed as overtime and 1 Saturday a month. S'allll good. Deans got an Occupational Health app on the 27th too so hopefully he might be back on nights soon too!

And finally, my birthday soon! woop :D We're having a lil BBQ next Saturday, then the following Tuesday is my birthday and me n dean are hopefully gonna see Transformers! Theeeeen on the Thursday we love for.. dun dundun duuuunnn SONISPHERE. Yahooo. Yeps we got our tickets :)

My little cat Pippin is still missing *sigh* Its been nearly 2 weeks now and no one has seen him. I've put posters all around the area, and I've rang all vets and animal rescue places, and even the council but nothing :( I just hope he comes home safe, or as horrible as it sounds, dead. I can't bare the thought of him being trapped somewhere scared and hungry.

I went for a viewing on a Bungalow today, its absolutely gorgeous. Big garden, with a shed and chair swing, big bedroom with a massive wardrobe included, massive conservatory which is basically a living room, and a front room which is a spare room. As soon as I entered and even as I talk about it now, I'm having ideas of how we could have it set up :( But with Dean on one day a week in Asda and me not being guaranteed a contract, we can't do it. I have enough to pay for the deposit, but we can't guarantee the payments to live on.

If Dean had accepted the 3 days in Asda initially or got different days off them, and I harrased them to see if they'd give me a contract, it might have been doable :/ *sigh*

Well, the Shop Direct group interiew went to shit :/ I got ready for the interview, was an hour befoe leaving and then I recieved a telephone call saying the HR check had came back as a no for re-employment :( They said if I wanna know why I need to write in which sucks ass. I wouldn't have minded so much if they'd got in touch sooner instead of waiting until I was just about to leave. Ahh well, I have a job for now anyways and thats the main thing :)

Still no flats on OVH though which is becoming a joke. They're all on Dodge and behind the Marion Square and we don't wanna live there. I guess it'll take time, and if Dean gets a job we could go private. We'll see nehu.

Well... I've worked 2 nights in Asda so far. Its not too bad, but my whole body is aching! lol It actually hurts to walk cause my legs are so sore :(

Being the 'health & beauty' colleague is a pain in the ass, sorting out all the little fiddly boxes kills my knees lol Although last night my manager put me on the hair dyes and said its the worst one to do but I need to know it and then the person I was working with agreed that its awful pretty much, ....but I loved it haha. Sorting out the boxes and looking at all the colours, its my kinda job :P

Anyway, now to address the title of this blog post.. I'm a fucking machine! :D..

My first night in Asda, 10pm-6am.. and I had a telephone interview at 9.30am on the Thursday morning lol
So basically this is how it went... my first night in Asda was Wednesday, and I'd been up all day cause I couldn't sleep, and did my first 10pm-6am shift.. needless to say I was absolutely dead. So I got home anyways at about 7am, got into bed cuddled up to Dean and fell asleep, alarm goes off at 9.25am 5 mins before my interview lol. So theres me, barely 2 hours sleep aching all over half dead, phone messing up (I had to do the interview in Deans back garden cause the signal was so bad!!) and I managed to pass my Shop Direct telephone interview :D Lunacy! So I have a proper interview on Tuesday lol

Anywho, I'm pretty lonely right now :( Deans got a gig in Exeter with Korn Again and is staying over and I'm all alone in my house.. the night before Easter :( We're actually going to miss Easter this year cause he won't be back until about 6pm :( We're having an Easter week instead though so its ok :)

So I've got a new layout up properly now with a side bar :) Looking snazzy w00pw00p haha I'm in the process of updating the links and stuff. I'm making a complete gig history which is fun, just going through each gig starting in 2003, with the help of Dean ofcourse since my memory is so bad lol

Oh and also, I've ordered some craft stuff as a treat since I had some ebay vouchers :) Got lots of Hama Beads, Ball chain for necklaces and shrink plastic although I thought it'd be A4 but the sheets are tiny lol oh well I'll have fun anyways :P

Oh and what else, ermmm.. I can't go to the Bournemouth gig which sucks :/ Was looking forward to the trip and seeing the Sound Circus as it looks like an awesome venue. Ahh well nevermind, I've been to loads of Korn Again gigs I knew I wouldn't be able to go eventually haha.

Just a bit worried about Dean to be honest :/ Hes back on his meds and last time he got a bit depressed especially when he got cramps n stuff, and usually i'd be the one to comfort him. Also hes been living in mine for ages now so we're not used to being apart. Its not usually a big deal but with it being overnight and him sleeping in the van aswell, I'm just concerned he might need to toilet or something will happen:/ Just have to wait and see I guess, I really hope it goes well for him though :) I also hope Dan actually makes it to the gig in time or the whole thing will go tits up :S lol

Uni, Jobs, and other poo

Well, its official.. I've left Uni :/ Not something I want to do obviously, I'm actually quite upset about it but I think its best for me in the long run.

Basically, this year alot of shit has happened and I've been a bag of stress and worry, and my main priority has been making sure Dean is ok, but in the process of that I was so distracted from Uni that I got behind with the lectures and work. I thought I was going to be ok at first, until I assessed the situation and realised I had 4 courseworks (2 group ones) due in less than 3 months, followed by numerous exams, AND I had to find a work placement in that time as well.

So, I had to really think about what I wanted in life and I've came to the conclusion that, yeah I probably could have scraped through the coursework, and possibly got an extremely shit mark for the year. Whats that going to get me? The games industry is extremely hard to get in to, and although there are companies in Liverpool, its pretty clear that I'd need to move away to get a job. And then theres that question, who the fuck in the right mind would hire someone who hasnt got a clue about anything? Yeah I'd scrape by, doesn't mean I know it. I've missed the lectures I don't know what I'm doing. I know bare essentials of the programming languages, the placements require someone with a grasp on them, which isn't me right now.

Looking at the bigger picture here, I'd waste 4 years of my life costing approx 25k, to then get a job in a supermarket or a barmaid or something with a degree which means nothing. No thanks.

My situation now is, I don't have as much debt, and I've only wasted 2 years instead of 4. But to be honest, its not 2 years wasted because I've learnt alot about computers/gates etc and about myself. I'm glad I took the route I have, and anyways, I have the credits from the first year.. maybe in the future when the time is right, I could go back. Barry and Anita have both done it, aged 30+ so why can't I?

And looking at the even bigger picture, me and Dean NEED to move out in the next few months. We need a stable environment and we need money. Thats not something I can give in Uni, especially when its in the back of my mind that I could be working instead of scrounging off Deans Asda wages. Dean in Asda, and me in uni, we wouldn't get benefits and my student loans would be reduced because I'd be living away from parents, so its almost impossible.

I just wish people would see it from my perspective for a change, instead of seeing me as a failure. I feel like a failure enough without people reminding me every time they look at me. I wish I'd realised this a year ago I really do, but unfortunately a year ago I didn't, because a year ago me and Dean were fine. Dean was well and we wern't looking for a flat back then.

The way people need to look at this is, I didn't CHOOSE to lose my job with Littlewoods, I got made redundant. Everyone around me (Except Dean) kept telling me to go to Uni and I thought it'd be a good idea. It didn't work out, its not for everyone and right now its just not for me in my current situation. But as I said, maybe in the future.

So, now after clearing that up, what next? Well.. Littlewoods are looking for people again, I've rang and am waiting for a reply. Asda are also taking on, so maybe just maybe. Theres a few others, but non really worth mentioning. I'd be happy with Littlewoods or Asda. But haha I'm clearly living in a dreamworld if I think I'll get either of them jobs in this climate. Leahs been looking for months with no glory. Dean has an appointment with ASDA on friday, so hopefully he'll be set up at least. I've also *reluctantly* got in touch with the job centre too so hopefully I'll hear back from them soon.

Erm so thats me at the moment, oh and my Blackberry died. Piece of shit lol Gonna havta reboot it, which I should be able to do myself *fingers crossed*

Aaaaand, oh yeah, Korn Agains gig yesterday was interesting. In Newcastle upon Lyme, in the daytime. Think they had about 7/8 people other than us who they brought with them lol They were great though non the less, and were told by the manager that they'd go down a treat in the night time :)

Then theres Bournemouth on friday and possibly a gig on Saturday. Hope I can go to them, I like going as its a break away from reality if that makes sence. No stress, no money/job/uni worries, nothing.. just me being a tag along haha or would the word be 'groupie' lol. I know it can't last forever but its a nice break away and I'm lucky to be able to go to some of them. I love road trips, I love gigs, I love KoRn, I love the lads from Korn Again, I love photography, and I love seeing Dean on stage. So, yeah, the gigs are epic haha.

Erm, nothing much else to say really. Oh, me and Dean successfully cut down the massive trees in my back garden :) They were about the touch the telephone wires which would have caused loads of shit, and plus the sun was hidden so we thought fuck it lets do it haha. Managed to cut them down to a nice size so they're still there but they're nice and neat :) Theres a massive pile of branches at the side of the house, which is actually bigger than the trees themself :') Gonna put them into garden bags today hopefully.

Oh and I made some RAINBOW DREADS :D They're gonna look amazing. Hopefully putting them in on wednesday or thursday :)

Dean got a letter today saying hes not entitled to ESA because they think he can work :/ The annoying thing is, he tells them he can't control his bowels, hes depressed and he attemted to commit suicide in October, she writes all this down at the assessment, but then in the letter it says he CAN control his bowels, hes NOT depressed and he acts fine around people. Its a joke. Oh and it says he goes out on his own which is stupid too, he doesn't go anywhere alone. Its like she just wasn't listening.
So its looking like we won't be getting a flat any time soon because they're fucking us about and theres no guarantees of anything now :/ *Sigh*

Oh well.. Devin Townsend on Sunday, which we can't even afford. Should be good anyways :) and our anniversary on the 11th yay :) I guess we'll do another 2004 and cook beans on toast with candles. If we can afford candles that is..

P.S. The Rite (film) was pretty good. Alright anyways defo worth a watch. Not too scary which is good, and Anthony Hopkins is a legend.

Wow, its been pretty eventful lately.

So, I'll start off by saying, RUNESCAPE IS AWESOOMMMME ♥ I'm so glad free trade is back. Its just so much better. My friend from Uni has an interview there for a placement too, which is great. I'm hoping he might get the job and then make me a player mod haha Yeah, I'll keep dreamin :P

Aaaand, well, then theres Uni. Kinda fucked myself up :/ I've gotten really far behind, and I'm in a muddle where I probably can't pick up the pieces now. I'm going to speak to my tutor soon, and see what he recommends I do. I can't really say much more on it. Its my own fault, and I don't wanna ramble on about it because it'll just upset me, and I'm trying to stay positive right now :)

Ermmm.. so yeah, also, I made a website for Deans band, Korn Again. It was pretty good, for like a few days work. It could have been better, but I didn't have much time.. I had to put it up asap because their promoter was down their throats about it. I thought they were happy with it, and it was meant to be going on the .co.uk, but a lot of shit happened with the guy who was meant to be hosting it. Asking me to change the code for the whole site because its 'good practise', and all stuff like that. Then at the last minute, without any warning, my site had 'problems' and he made his own and used that. I wasted so much time, going to their house to sort it out, and then he takes over the whole thing and I don't even get any heads up. I even asked what was wrong with my site, and he had no explanation and just said to 'Keep our squabbles between ourselves' (meaning me and the guys from Korn Again).
Feel pretty betrayed to be honest, going out of my way for my friends, and then he supposedly has problems and makes one himself without even telling me what was wrong, and they love him for it.
Well, hes made a good website anyway, there are problems with it though, and it does look a little unprofessional if I say so myself especially when its made for a band as mighty as the UKs NO1 Korn Tribute (not sarcasm... a little cheesy... they're good what can I say? lol), but whatever anyways. By the way, I'm not blowing smoke up my own ass here, mine wasn't perfect either haha. I'm just a bit bleh at the fact.. well, no1 even explained why theyre using his instead. I feel a little bit used to be honest.

I'm giving up on trying to please other people from now on, I want to help people and bands as much as I can, and unfortunately I let it impeed on my own life too much. My own fault, probably. But ultimately, I've probably not helped anyone, I've just made extra work for myself and lost friends in the process. Great.

Oh and I've put on 2 pound. I love my life.

Anyway, everything sucks, but you get on with it. Going to the cinema now with Dean :)

Wellllllll shits be up the wall lately :/ Deans not been too well so hes been living in my house for the past 2 weeks nearly. Need to get in touch with the hospital but they never ring back, the NHS is just a joke :/
I'm happy hes been with me though :) Its like being on holiday but being stuck at home haha The past 2 weeks have been spent watching lots of films, eating yummy food, playing games and cuddling. Can't complain really, and if i could i wouldn't because its been fucking awesome :) I love him so much, just hope things get better for him soon.

So, yeah, I've not been into uni much either. Got sooo much catching up to do, I just need to settle down and get in done before I fall too far behind. I have faith in my abilities though, just after xmas I realised I had maths coursework to hand in, with a week to learn what Vector and matricies are and do it, and got 100% :) and I had 2 days to write and do a presentation, and was in the top 4 highest marks out of everyone *proud* But yeah yeah, I know I can't keep doing it like that ...it'll come back and bite me on the ass eventually.

I've wrote out a massive action plan of what lectures I need to watch and the tutorials I'm gonna do, so Its just a case of doing it now.

But anyways, enough moaning haha. Today is a momentus occasion... RUNESCAPE WILDY AND FREE TRADE ARE BACK!! ♥♥☺♥♥

Oh and also, in more awesome news, KoЯn Again are awesome :D They played Revolver the other day, and it was truely epic. They've managed to find a promoter, and now have loads of gigs coming up around the UK! ☺
I went to Stes house the other day too with Dean while they had practise and then headed to The Hangman in Chester, but that was a disaster :') First of all, the organiser just wasnt around at all, and the sound guy told them they were in this reallllly small room where no1 would even see them, so reluctantly, they set up. No sound check, and the PA was smaller then a laptop haha :') Then, an hour before the doors were open, the organiser arrived n was like "why yous in here, I want yous on the dancefloor" SO, pack everything up, and move to the other side of the venue. By the time everything was set up, it was open and people were standing there watching them with confusion.
Then they did small soundcheck, and the sound was awful. So bad, it hurt our ears. After alot of fiddling, and the soundguy turning random knobs to see what happened, it was sorted (ish), and the band took a small break. About 45mins later they went on, performed 2 songs and then more problems started pouring in :')
First of all, the sound was different from the soundcheck anyways, Deans guitar strap kept falling off, and then Lewis broke a bass string, and then Deans amp kept switching on and off! After alot of fuddling about, they took a 20min break and the organiser got another 5string bass from someone he knew. So they continued to play, hoping Deans amp wouldn't go off during a song. They finished with 5 or so songs, and then people who worked in the place worked over randomly and starting picking up gear and moving it into the hall :') cause thats really safe... haha So yeah, thats it pretty much summed up haha So funny, not so funny for the band though understandably haha.

Right, I'm going to wake Dean up now.

Frankincense had 3 new songs: California Sun, Lost (I think it was called lost anyways) and Changing Lanes.. although I'd heard California Sun and Changing Lanes before haha. T'was good, really like the new songs :) California Sun is probs my fave. Its weird, I'm not into that type of music or anything but I can appreciate when a song/band/music is good, and yeah.. Frankincense are good.

Its been so long since I posted on this blog, Octobers been pretty hectic :( I actually think I've missed like 50% of my daily photos for October aswell cause my heads been elsewhere.

I'm not gonna go into details for obvious reasons, but anywho, Dean was admitted into hospital at the start of October :( and was put on a drip n stayed in overnight. Most traumatic time of my life probably tbh, i hated it. Thought I was gonna lose him forever.

Anyways, hes getting better now so all is looking up. I've been spending alot more time with him, well... actually I think I've been away from him overnight like once or twice since the whole ordeal. I know deep down, this really isn't for the best thing to do for either of us because its getting harder and harder to spend time away from him but I just can't help it. Dean said to me he doesn't really like being on his own and wants to spend more time with me, and I'm having this weird attachment were I just never want to leave.

I guess the truth is, I'm worried if I leave him I won't see him again and then I'll be left here on my own.. silly I know lol. Oh well, just another thing I'll need to overcome with time.

We went to the hospital again today over his IBD and they've changed his medication because the Mezavant wasn't really working. I realllly hope this works. We also went to the Citizens Advice over all the shit thats been going on with Deans debts and ESA, and its looking like its gonna be sorted within the next few weeks which is good :)

Anywhoooooooo... off that cause its just boring talk as is most of my blog haha Really got into V the past few weeks, me n dean have been watching it but we havta wait until January now to see what the weird crocodile aliens are gonna do haha :P Oh and we're actually into X Factor at the moment! haha crazy shit. If Wagner doesn't go soon, then its just a joke and he should win :P Im pretty sure Simon will end up rigging it so he gets kicked off eventually though.. surely he can't let this go on for much longer :P

Taras Fancy Dress Party

So last night me and Dean went to Taras 30th fancy dress party as Jack & Sally :) T'was proper boss and we won best costume!! ^_^

We made the Jack Skellington costume our selves over the past week and it worked out being 100% free :D

Here is the album where you can see the process of making it :D

And heres a quick descrption of what we did:
- First we wrapped some clothes up into a big ball then wrapped it up with cling film
- Covered the giant ball in papier mache (about 5-10 layers) & let dry
- Took out the ball of clothes from the inside
- Refilled it with loose socks pyjamas and tshirts
- Papier mached some more layers & dried with hair dryer
- Covered with polyfilla & dried with hair dryer
- Made eyebrow ridges and nose ridge with polyfilla & let dry
- Papier mached over polyfilla & let dry
- Cut out eye holes & covered edges with masking tape
- Filled insides with fabric (then decided it was a bad idea and pulled it all out haha)
- Cut up some foam (leftover from my foam mattress) and glued it inside
- Painted with white emulsion paint (a few layers)
- Whilst head was drying we sewn on a new button to the jacket
- Drawn lines with chalk on jacket then cut up
- Used some old black tights and used masking tape to secure over eye holes
- Used super glue & a hot glue gun to secure around the inside of the eye holes
- Marked with pencil where nose & mouth are going to be
- Used black acrylic paint to paint nose and mouth & let dry
- Drawn white lines over suit with chalk
- Painted over chalk with white fabric paint
- Duct taped 9 video tapes for each foot to make platforms
For bat/bow tie......
- Drawn wings on piece of card
- Drawn bat head on card and cut out both
- Papier mached over both
- Painted with black acrylic paint
- Reinforced bat head with more card
- Cut out bat eyes and painted with glow in the dark paint
- Painted white veins on wings with white acrylic paint
- Glued eyes onto bat with super glue
- With a strip of strong card, super glued both wings and head together
- Super glued a cotton belt onto the back of the strong card
- Glued a strip of strong card over the top of the belt

Reminiscing - High School Music ♥

After having a little convosation with Leah about the music she likes, she reminded me of a band which bring back very fond memories of High School times :)

Ahhh I miss the days of bopping around pretending to ride a skateboard, shouting random lyrics at the top of my voice and getting strange looks, and trying my very best to disobey the uniform rules by wearing tops underneath my shirt, wearing a black skirt or black tie or stripy socks and boots hehe :') Good times.

So, here is a list of songs which bring back some very cool memories.

Ok so I'll start off at the very beginning. Go back to me - age.... mehhhh about 8ish? Anyway.. walking around a jumble sale on my own with 50p and I spot something which I knew I'd seen before and I didn't know why... It was the Slayer - South of Heaven album. It was strange.. I knew I recognised it and I didnt know why. So I bought it. Keeping in mind around this time I was listening to things like The Spice Girls, bit of a strange buy for me. Anyway, my mum said my Dad used to have the album when I was younger & thats why I remember it.

So, I've been looking at lots of shoes and boots because I'm still deciding on which to get off Dean for my birthday :) Anyways, I've realised that there are hundreads that I ~~want~~ will own before I die haha

When I get my own flat, I'm going to need a seperate room to keep them all in (Dean will not be pleased) :P

I've found some Demonia Cherry Concordes on Ebay really cheap, so I might bid on them just for myself :) I'm not massively keen on them because they have weird toes, but I think for the price I might just get over it haha :P
Then I'm thinking of getting Demonia 3 strap platforms off Dean for my birthday and then as a random surprise one day probably Sella Patent Thumpers :) ♥ Orrrrr possibly some Demonia Transformers but the platforms are REALLY HIGH on them! We'll see :)

I tried stretching my Sella Dares last week but it didn't seem to work :/ I'll be buying a shoe stretcher soon so hopefully that works.. if not I'll havta sell them boooooooooo

So yesterday I got my lip pierced! FINALLLLYYYY! Im really proud of myself :)

I was adamant I wouldn't get it done without it being numbed, but when I got there they said theyr not allowed to numb it or something. Obviously I was gutted, and was begging them to do it haha. Anyways, they said to me that if i do wanna get it done the same day I would need to eat because i look so pale i look anemic, n me n dean just laughed and i said nah im wearing ALOT of makeup :P

So anyways I left and said I'll think about it, had a maccies.. well... TRIED to eat a maccies but I was far too nervous lol then afterwards I completely covered my lip in numbing cream hoping they wouldn't notice haha. Got there, and then after i'd filled in all the forms the numbing cream had worn off :P So that was a waste of time

Anywho - I went downstairs and sat on the chair, and well.. had it done haha :) I didn't even scream or cry or anything :) I can't believe it. I've wanted it done since I was 12 and now 10 years later its happened :)

Also, on a crapper note, theres been a bit of a kaffufle lately :/ It seems that this week I've lost 2 good friends because of something which doesn't even involve me, and the sad thing is, I thought I meant more to them than that.

Dean has a tendency to say EXACTLY what hes thinking, which is good don't get me wrong, but he doesn't try to cushion it which can very easily hurt or offend people. After 6 years I've learnt to deal with it, believe me hes said some horrific things to me, but it comes as part of the package, you can't get the good parts without dealing with the bad parts.. no ones perfect.

Anyways, I understand why its hurtful what hes said, and usually when he says nasty things about people to me, instead of agreeing or arguing, its easier to accept his opinion and get on with it. Deans may have hurt them, but hes my boyfriend - not my puppet, I couldn't control him, even if I tried. If I stood in his way, he'd shout over the top of my head. I think people need to realise that instead of thinking I'm part of all this.

I just can't believe they're willing to throw away this friendship, just because of somethings hes said. Am I really that disposable?

Although I don't wanna lose any friends.. I don't think I wanna be friends with people who can play with my emotions like this and not even apologise for hurting me.

I'll never cause problems, I'll never act awkward and as far as I'm concerned I'll always be friendly with them, nothing has changed on my part - except for my opinion of them. This week I've realised that no matter how close I thought we were, it seems ending a friendship is as easy as clicking block and delete on Facebook.

Why does it seem like everyone comes with some sort of baggage?! Its rather annoying :( ...Makes me wonder whether I'm the one with the issues and everyone else is just normal. ...........What a load of crap haha everyones full of shit, I hate everyone right now. Well...... most people.

Anyways, I'm hopefully getting my lip pierced on Monday! :) I really hope I don't chicken out.. I want it done so bad I'm just scared of the pain. I've been told it doesn't hurt by so many different people, but I just can't get it out of my head :/

Oh and just for the record, today I've eaten a banana and a cup of coffee for breakfast, brown rice with vegetables and an orlistat tablet for dinner, a small bowl of strawberrys, kiwi and apple for dessert, a packet of salt & vinegar snack-a-jacks as a snack, and then a full packet of tic tacs to stop my evening hunger.

Next step is to follow the same regime, without the snack-a-jacks and tic tacs :)

I'm gonna listen to Tet and give Will Power another chance, lets hope he can help me.

..was great! :) Got lots of presents and had a good time! I had a few people come round to mine n we all sat off in the back garden n had a bbq n some drinks :)

Can't wait for them to arrive! :D Also hes getting me some fish net tights and a Machine Head hoody! wooooo :) I was originally meant to be getting boots off him, but he said he will get me them as a surprise one day and randomly turn up with them! ^_^

I also got a PVC corset which is sexuallll! :D I'll upload a photo of me wearing it after my night out next week :)

365 Update

I'm so proud of myself :) I'm exactly half way through my 365! wooooo I didn't think I'd ever get this far..

I only missed one day in June, pretty good for ..181? days if i do say so myself lol

I'm also proud of myself for something else aswell. Last week Dean gave me my first guitar lesson, and I can now play major chords A,B,C,D,E,F,G and Am and Em :) Oh and at home on my own I managed to learn the intro to Fade to Black and a bit of a Sylosis sweep lol just can't get the strumming and sweeping correct yet :P

Anywayssss.. going shopping now to get my some birthday presents :)

Well, Apart from all the mud.. Download Festival was great! :) haha Tbh the mud and rain ruined it for me, but when it was sunny it was great so thats ok. All i'm gonna say is ROLL ON SONISPHERE! haha :)

Now I've just gotta lose some weight. Gonna go back on the Orlistat for some extra help. My target is 4 stone in 4 months :)

Ohhhh its almost Download Festival :D I can't wait! I've started making my dreads for the festival - theyr pink and green! :) Bit different, I'm not too keen on the way theyr looking right now but i'll just wait n see how they turn out I guess.

My mum went away camping on Wed n got back today, but it was good cause Dean stayed with me while she was away n we just chilled it was nice :) Gonna be weird sleeping alone tonight though.

Oh and I went to a gig on Wednesday with Leah, she bought 2 tickets to see Four Year Strong but her friend pulled out at the last minute so I went with her. I was pleasantly surprised :) They were quite good!

And then tonight we went to Rhys n Jennies house and ordered food n had some drinks which was nice :) Haven't saw them in aaaaaaaaaages! I defo think we should start meeting up more often

So yeah anyways, we have a new prime minister! lol I voted labour but unfortunately it was a hung parliament and they didn't get in. I've missed Rox and haven't really been able to see or speak to her because of all this crap, there just hasn't been an opportunity! :( It was such a little small insignificant thing, blown completely out of proportion and its messed with so many peoples lives, not cool at all.

Also, I put Lews hair into *real* dreads :) They're looking excellenté but obviously not properly formed yet, will take a few months/years for that haha

Wow, I can't believe it. As you may have noticed, I now have blogs that go back to 2002 haha

I've just been clearing out my computer and found my old blog posts from years ago. I mean these are so old, well before I met Dean lol In 2002 I was only 13/14! awwww haha

Theres only 4 posts, but If you're in the mood for a laugh, I suggest you have a quick read of them. Its so strange to read such a childish post, but to actually remember doing it at the same time! lol I was such a typical teenager thats for sure :P

Oh and my spellings, I used to be one of those people who wrote in extreme text language! Eugh.. what was I thinking? lol Infact, I was actually being serious about this "band" thing as well, and not one of us could play an instrument!! :') Oh the humility of it!

Anniversary, Hayleys B'Day & Hammerfest

Well first off, mine and Deans anniversary was great :) We went to Caesars Palace and had yummy food :) It was funny cause when we sat down we ordered drinks and everything, and then afterwards realised that we had no money on us! haha Luckily they took Deans card :P

Then after our meal, we went over to The Swan and met everyone to celebrate Hayleys Birthday :) It was good, I felt like I hadn't saw anyone in ages! I was a bit gutted we didn't go to the K though with Andy, Sean, Bev etc but oh well.

Thennnnnnn the next day, we got up nice n early for Hammerfest! :) Which was EXCELLENT, thanks to Lewis for giving us tickets! He rawks!!

Anyways, we got to the hotel and we had a nice little room with a shower (not that we got one though since we were only there for 2 days lol). It was nice and cozy anyways which was good :) So yeah, first we visited McDonalds in Rhyl... I'm sorry but wtf? lol It tasted like poo :( Then at about 4 we headed off to Prestatyn in a taxi to see the bands. We were just walking around looking at everything, and then bumped into Kathleen! haha Was pretty crazy since we thought we were the only ones going :P

Then after we spoke to her for a bit, we were looking through the stalls and I turned round and bumped into Dez Fafara from DevilDriver/Coal Chamber who was doing an interview for Scuzz. It was hilarious, I moved out the way quickly just like :O in total shock haha

Then after having some delicious chips and beans (i was happy!), we walked past Solsikk who had replaced Tony Martin, needless to say I wasn't impressed by that anyway, but the band were pretty dire aswell from what we saw. However their bass player was caught up in traffic and they managed to put a backing track on through a laptop which I thought was awesome haha

After watching some of them, we then headed over to the second stage to see Xerath. They were pretty good :) I liked the fact that all the bands had really long sets aswell, cause you got to see the real band as if it was a proper gig :)

After Xerath we went back to the first stage to see Epica, who were GREAT. I had a listen before we left and I liked them, but I was pleasantly surprised by them live aswell. Oh and the singer has gorgeous hair :) If only it was pink and not ginger, it'd be amazing! Then we saw Katatonia, who I'll be honest I wasn't too impressed with. Scott & Lew liked them though and they said they thought they were really good lol :) The singer actually has no face aswell which is weird, its just a hairy mess a bit like It from the Adamms Family lol.

Anyways, to finish the night off we saw Devil Driver who were awesome! We were sitting on the couches and had a really good view so I was made up, and the pits, THE PITS!, my god they were berserk! haha

After that we all agreed we wern't too assed about 5FDP or Napalm Death so we headed back to the hotel and watched some tv :) That night, we discovered the most.. hmmmmm... hilarious thing ever to exist. Louis Theorux, sorry, Louis Castle singing 'A little help from my friend'. It was soo diabolical i actually felt his shame, and so it stuck just like at Sonisphere with the "A FUCKIN CHICKEN" lol

The next day we went to Prestatyn at about 4ish again :) We were there just in time for Panic Cell which was I'm pleased about because they were great! Then afterwards we grabbed some food and waited until 6 to see Attica Rage and Orange Goblin, both I wasn't too crazy on tbh :/

But then... Skindred♥ They were fucking amazing I loved them! As always, they put on a good show :) So anywho, after that we went and had a bit of a wander around and had some chips, and then BAM! we see Luke from Panic Cell standing in front of us :D Scott n Lew get a pic, n then i think yeno wat fuck it so got one too haha. Then after that we were walking away and BAM! Theres BENJI from SKINDRED! haha so yeah we go over and get a pic :) He was more rock star though tbh didn't wanna talk much just act all cool haha. So yeah, then we were walking over to see Akercocke and BAM! Theres Ben from Orange Goblin haha, so we follow him n then Scott gets a pic. It was funny tho cause he started talkin to us and we had a proper convo with him for ages! lol I didn't rly talk much though cause it was all about football :P

Then we saw Akercocke, who were also quite dissapointing :( In 2004 I remember them being so different, it was weird, they al had short hair!
Oh and something really strange happened, I was up close taking photos of Akercocke, and then all of a sudden I caught a glimpse of the Keyboard player and I froze. He looked exactly like Edward Cullen.. I actually froze thinking omg.. is that actually Edward Cullen/Robert Pattinson? I felt like Bella when she keeps seeing him and wondering if hes actually there or not. Yeah I know I sound like another stupid Twilight fan now, but I'm being serious! Lmao No joke I stood there wondering.

Anywho, after watching some of Akercocke we caught a bit of Iced Earth who were quite good but not my cup of tea :) And thennnn we went back to the hotel. Oh and what a surprise, Dean lost his phone har har no shocker there lol :P

Overall, it was an excellent week! :) Hammerfest was so weird it wasn't like a gig but it wasn't like a festival either, it was a happy middle lol. I would defo go again thats for sure :)

Oscars, ceremony & the fashion aaaand other shizzle

Well, first off I just wanna say, I've just made some green tea for the first time and its actually quite nice :) I think it will be a good substitute for tea, coffee & hot chocolate woooooo

Anywho, last night I stayed up to watch the Oscars! I absolutely love it, its like the Eurovision Song Contest I go crazy on that too haha

Did anyone notice the god on Clooney? What a nob he was a right narky twat all night :/ Maybe one of the guards wouldn't let him in with the flask he was carrying on the red carpet! haha And did y'all see that crazy ginger woman pull a Kanye when the guy was accepting his short film award haha crazy stuff.

Surprisingly the dresses wer all lovely this year, hardly any disasters at all :) Carey Mulligans dress was pretty awful :/ Really nice at when you're zoomed in but as soon as you see a full on body shot - my god! The length was just, i dunno.... odd! Should have been full length thats for sure.

Sandra Bullock was looking wonderful as ever! :) Even though she won a Razzie the night before and didn't get any sleep, she looked dazzling in that pale gold dress :) A real professional she is. I like her.

Diane Kruger - now that was a bit of a doozy :/ I just can't make my mind up with that dress! It suits her thats for sure, but I don't think anyone else could pull it off.

Helen Mirren has a really nice dress, although I wasn't too keen on the arms of the dress. From a distance it made her arms look really saggy and grey.

Kristen Stewart - wonderful. Yeah yeah, what a shocker the GOTH likes her black dress - so what its true :) I love it.

What can I say about Gabourey Sidibe....lol. Nah honestly, I'm envious that she managed to appear out of nowhere any become a somebody, shes very luck. My god though, that girl really does need to lose some weight, she has a pretty face and if she lost all that weight she would look great. Her weight is going to hold her back aswell in the business, shes limited to certain roles at the moment. And Blue definitely isn't her colour, she should have went for black or something dark with full sleeve arms to hide the folds.

My god, Cameron Diaz looked great didn't she! I absolutely loved the dress :) Kate Winslet, another beauty - not too keen on the Blonde hair though, I wish she'd go back to Auburn lol.

Me and Dean watched the red carpet special on APLive stream, and then watched the actual ceremony afterwards, 11.30 - 5am so proud I managed to stay awake haha :P I only fell asleep briefly for 10mins during the ceremony so not bad really.

Can't believe the Hurt Locker got 6 Academy Awards! I mean, it was a good film don't get me wrong but it wasn't AMAZING. Thats politics for you, a pro american heroic war film will always do well unfortuntely. I expected Avatar to the most awards, but surprisingly they only went away with 2 :/ Theres just no justice in this world at all haha

So first off, in 5 days its mine and deans SIX year anniversary! I can't believe it, its gone soooo fast! lol ♥ Also, Hayleys birthday night out is the same day and its fancy dress, so me n dean r goin 4 a meal and then meeting everyone afterwards, and then im just gonna throw some fairy wings on haha :)

THENNNN.. the day after, thanks to my great friend Lewis, we'll be going to Hammerfest in Wales! :D Excellenté! I can't wait. Me n Dean are sharing a room in a hotel aswell, so its gonna be like for our anniversary kinda haha

I've also got bad news aswell though :/ My bursary has been fucked up thanks to the student loans company, and I won't be getting it for another few weeks ARGHHHH :@ bastards.

Fear Factory was great! :) And Sylosis, wow. I predict that they're gonna be massive if they keep going the way they are! I think one of the highlights of the night was NOT missing the train aswell haha :P Nah it only took us 8 mintues to walk from the Academy to Oxford Road station, so I'm a bit confused. Also the train waiting about 4 minutes aswell before it left, unlike when we saw LOG. So yeah, extra confusion lol

Anyways, I'm now dreadless again lol. I decided it was time for them to come out cause my head was rather itchy and I knew my hair was gonna be really dirty :P I'll probs have more in though next week knowing me haha

Well.... eugh what can I say.. LOG were great as always, its a shame that everything else wasn't too good. The support acts were a joke :/

As I said, LOG were great, always put on a good show and I was happy with that. There were a few dickheads in the crowd as expected, I ended up attacking a few of them haha (not like me at all)
So yeah, I was happy after the gig, put pretty dissapointed in everything else, and then just to put a cherry on the cake.. we missed the last train back to Liverpool :( Soooo.. ended up paying for a taxi which cost £60, 15 each so it wasn't *too* bad lol. Saying that though, you can see from the list of bands I've seen generally how many gigs i've been to. Me & Dean have probably been to about 50 gigs in Manchester and never ever had any problems, so it was bound to happen eventually.

Anyways enough of that bad time, Valentines day was great :) ♥ All day we just lay in bed, watching films/tv and eating crap haha Then we had richmond sausages and mash which was nice :) So yeah, has a good day haha. We don't buy eachother presents or anything cause we don't see the point in it. Its out anniversary in a month so we just celebrate that :)

Oh and Download Fest, w00p w00p. They've announced the rest of the headliners finally. It is now, ACDC, Rage against the machine, and Aerosmith! Its looking gooood :) I just hope I get my ticket on time before they sell out lol. They're announcing 5 more bands at midnight so I hope its some goodens.

Well, it started out as a bit of boredom, and turned into something pretty cool :) The photo above is something I made. I don't know how obvious it is.. but its me & Dean :) Our 6 year anniversary is coming up soon ♥

My question.. can the Borg ever experience love? Possibly Seven of Nine when shes been saved by Voyager, but even after that she was still truely Borg at heart. What I wonder is, can they feel love inside the borg collective mind.. or is it literally.. one mind? I know in Unimatrix 0, Seven apparently found love with her friend, but when she finished regenerating she supposedly forgot all about it :/ ...Interesting.

Oh, and what the hell is it with Seven saying futile wrong. She says it like 'foot-il' instead of 'few-tile' its weird, and bloody annoying for that matter lol

Wow, Rammstein was just amazing! :D

I was actually surprised with how good Combichrist were aswell, they definitely surprised me :) And Rammstein, just brilliant lol. The pyro was immense, on every song something happened haha At one point during the song 'Pussy', Till Lindemann actually sat on this big cannon and covered us all in foam haha It was so cool. Got a good video of it :P

I haven't uploaded the videos yet, but I've got all the photos up. Rather dissapointed with my camera tbh, I thought it was going to be great for gigs but it isn't. The settings are weird, I can't choose what resolution I want only the quality. On my old camera I could choose good quality but low resolution :/ And the ISO settings are weird too. You have to either choose Off, 600, 800, 1600 :/ Which is also quite poo if I'm honest, I'd rather it just be able to decide for itself save me having to choose all the time lol

Today I went to see Sherlock Holmes :)

Good film, I was quite impressed with the effects on it too. It was filmed in Liverpool not far from where I live, and I was amazed when I saw the building where they have the Heritage Market every Sunday! haha

I can't believe I didn't know they were filming here at the time, I would have went to try and sneak a peak of Robert Downey Jr, Jude Law and Rachel McAdams lol Gutted.

Deans 21st Party, Mr Snowman & other stuff

Well, Deans 21st is now over, much to my dismay! Had a really good weekend its a shame it has to end lol

On Friday 15th, we went to the cinema and watched Book of Eli! Very much recommended :) I love Denzel Washington anyway, hes an amazing actor, one of my favourites thats for sure.

Then on Saturday 16th was Deans birthday party :) It went really well! Me and my mum made the buffet which turned out nice, although no1 ate any of my homemade cakes but I think thats cause they were too sickly chocolatey haha thats what I like to think anyway :P

LOADS of people turned up as well, alot more than expected! haha, it was good though :) Dean was originally against having the little party and going out, but afterwards he thanked me for arranging it because he enjoyed seeing everyone ^_^

Unfortunately Deans xbox died that night but he's sending it off to get fixed so its not all bad, other than that and there not being many seats everything was perfect haha

I've decided when I move out I'll probably have a party every month! lmao Any excuse :P

In regards to the problems with some people on his actual birthday night out, I've spoke to a few people and they've apologised for fucking him off like they did, so thats good. Dean wasn't majorly bothered just disappointed, so its all been forgotten about now anyways. The main thing is he had a good weekend and thats all that matters :)

And now for the not so good part of the blog post :/..

Yesterday I went to the Doctors with Dean about the problems hes been having, and the doc said he is going to be referred to a gastroenterologist for further investigation because it seems too bad to be IBS :(

I'm so confused with how I'm feeling, its really upsetting me. I'm happy its possibly not IBS, because that means they might be able to fix it (theres no real cure for IBS), but then thats means its something worse than IBS.. so I'm not happy at all.

I just want him to be better as soon as possible :( To me, he's always been the strongest and toughest person I know, hes my everything, and to know something is wrong with him is terrifying. I try to be strong and act as if I'm not really worried, and I don't really talk to him about it unless he says something, but deep down I think he knows I'm really worried. He hides his symptoms from me and everyone else so we don't worry too much, but its at the point now where you can tell something is wrong.

I just hope hes better soon, hes been signed out of work for 4 weeks so hopefully the rest will help whilst he gets the tests. I love him more than anything in the world, and even when hes feelings at his worst, he will still try and look after me its so cute :) I wish I could be there to help him and look after him, but I know I can't and would probably just be in the way. Worst thing in the world is feeling awful but trying to act normal for other peoples sakes.

I know he doesn't read my blogs, so it doesnt matter that I've said stuff on here which I would usually hide. If for some strange reason he does read this which is highly unlikely, its nothing he didn't already know.

Now I just wanna give a little explanation about this blog, so that people are clearer on it and so that if Dean *does* read this, he will also know.

Regardless of what anyone might tell me, as far as im concerned my memory is deteriorating. Anyone who knows me properly will know how forgetful I am, I do believe I have some sort of memory disfunction where my brain doesn't store memories properly. I'll probably go to the doctors one day.. but ironically I always forget to make an appointment, plus to be quite honest I'd feel stupid going in and saying 'hi, i forget stuff'.. yeah.. so do billions of other people around the world.

I hate it when people try and tell me its a normal thing or it 'runs in the family' or 'oh yeahhh i'm the same', everyone forgets what they've eaten for dinner, everyone forgets what day it is etc etc, but this is different, I don't remember anything, and i dont think its normal. I'm worried I will have to argue with the doctor that something is wrong with me :/

Anyway, this blog is really just my way of.. i dunno.. keeping a log of my life, a diary. I'm not posting this just so that everyone knows my life, it sounds silly but I'm posting this so that in months or even years to come, I remember whats happened.

In 2009 I didn't post anything between January and September, I don't know why I didn't.. I have pretty much no memories from that time, other than things that were logged through photographs. You gonna tell me thats normal too? Maybe it is, I dunno.

So yeah.. I mean it is good when people read this I post links on my fb status etc. But really this is partly for people to know me and whats happening in my life, but mainly for me to know me and whats happened in my life... if that makes sense haha.

I'm tired now, I should really go to bed, been typing alot and only just realised lol. I'm in uni in the morning and I'm not in the mood :( Also my dreads were taken out today and my hairs a mess so gotta wash it in the morning.

Woop, so last night was my lovely boyfriends 21st birthday :) It was a really good day & night!

He absolutely loved his presents :) His m13 pedal arrived and lights up nice rainbow colours which i like haha, and his face when he realised what present I got him! Apparently his step dad Paul said he looked like he was going to cry lol I'm glad he likes it, although i'll probs regret it lol

Because I didn't have time to make him a card and his present didn't arrive I made him this instead :) (click on it for full size to read the text)...

The night was amazing too, went to the Krazyhouse :) Dean had a good time too which I'm glad about. He had tons of drinks thrown at him - god knows how many tequilas, loaaaads of shots, lots of wkds, 4 cups of champage!, loads of lager.. it was crazy lol. I don't know how he did it but he managed to keep it all down there, I was really expecting to be cleaning up vomit at the end of the night! haha *so proud* :P

Highlight of the night

At about half 3 (keeping in mind K1 is a heavy rock/metal floor) all of a sudden, this weird song came on, and EVERYONE on the dancefloor formed a massive conga line! lmao It was A.W.E.S.O.M.E

So anywho, yeah it was a great night. A lot of people have shown their true colours though unfortunately :/ I'm not even going to bother going into it on here, because quite honestly its not worth it. Alls I'm gonna say is, you were all out for a reason, and you didn't even bother to give him an excuse. And to those who have since got in touch and apologised, this is not directed at you.

Anyway, this isn't gonna go any further. I'm gonna forget about it, everyone makes mistakes and deserves a second chance, but I just think its a bit shit of you all tbh :/ He didn't care anyway, he was just dissapointed.

Soooo, I've finally finished putting my dreads in! lol This time I've gone for black on bottom, pink&fuschia in middle, and blue on top :) I like the colour combination but I'm not 100% sure on them yet :/ We'll see lol

Its the 20th December, the day that the Christmas number 1 is announced yaaay :) I sure hope RATM win! That would be a-sooooome :D

I'm not against x factor or anything, just so people know I'm not hypocrite lol. I proper obsess over x factor, and I think Joe Mcelderry is great (even if he did murder The Climb by Miley Cyrus.. in all fairness so did Ollie tho haha), but I like RATM more and have been listening to them since I was 13 haha ~~awww the napster days... i miss napster.~~

Also they've said they'll do a FREE gig if they make number one, BONUS. If that happens and I manage to go, that means I'll be seeing them for only 65p haha (that's how much my download cost) :P

Oh and in other news.. I've decided I'm gonna let my blue hair grow out and then I'm gonna stick with pink in future. I'm fed up of changing my identity all the time, plus my hair is in awful condition because of it! I miss my wonderful pink fluorescent hair and can't wait to get it back :)

Dreams or Plans?

I can't believe it, i've always wanted to live in America, but in reality the dream just felt so far away. Things like that don't happen to normal folk like me, it was only a year ago I planned to work in a call centre the rest of my life and settle for an easy life. Now look at me, I'm in Uni and the dreams feel so much closer now, but even still.. I'm just a normal person I'm no one special.

I've just been browsing an estate agents website, for houses and apartments for sale in Florida & Missouri. I am just... in disbelief right now, sooooo I felt it necessary to write a blog.

There are houses for sale, detatched houses I might add, 4 bedrooms, 2/3 bathrooms, large living areas with space for dining tables, large kitchens, games rooms, swimming pools, 2 car garage, large garden.. for $170,000.. that works out at around about £111,000!! I mean.. in England right now its pretty much impossible to get a house for that price right now, unless its a flat. I just can't believe it, and thats just a normal house! Its average there

I dunno, maybe they get paid less there but yenoo.. i'd sacrifice a few pounds of my pay packet to live somewhere like that.

There are people who have completed my uni course and have went on to get employment in Boston and San Fransisco. If I do well.. that could be me.

Wow i haven't blogged in aaaages!
Well, its nearly christmas woopdydoo :) Although yesterday I checked my bank account, and I have silcho money left :( So gotta wait for Dean to give me the money back that he owes me before I can buy anything!
I'm making everyones presents this year, and before I do it I'm gonna scan them in so I can remember them :)

Went for a Christmas meal last night, it was really good I had a good time even though there was a little bit of a kick off haha. Although me and dean went home early cause we had to catch the bus

Just been watching Coronation Street, and as it came to a really good part the Sky lost satellite signal AGAIN! :@ fuming. I hate Sky, Its just not the same as it used to be.

And poor Maggie Jones/Blanche, its a sad sad day for any Coronation Street fan :( She will be missed! One of my fave characters she was, such a loss!

Also in some more sad news, I have a ton of work to do before Friday! :'( Flash is so simple but so complicated all at once, it does my fucking head in! ARGHHHHHHHHHH bad times. Think I might just have an allnighter and blast it, get it over and done with and then :/

Anyway In good news, had a great night out for Andys 21st Birthday the other day :) Made a change from the K thats for sure, we went to this proper boss Karaoke bar and everyone was singing harhar. Not me though obv :P I wasn't THAT drunk! lol

Oh, and on the best news of all! :D Rikki is being induced in half an hour, not long now and then my little future nephew should be with us! weeeee I can't wait to meet him. I'm hoping I'll be able to see him tomorrow, but if not then as soon as! :D :D :D

I'm quite proud, they turned out better than expected :) I am gonna try n make some more soon too for other people, and I might try and make a mass collage one of all my friends soon too, that will take a while to complete though! lol

Dean suggested I make an animation of them transforming from photo to vector, so here it is... (pls be patient! - they will take a while to load!!)

This one is pretty accurate :) Although I haven't shaded our skin, I did do it, but when it was finished I decided it looked better without lol

Claire looks perfect, but mine isn't so accurate. When i made the cat nose the real size it looked silly lol Oh and obviously i couldn't do the net properly on my top.. i'd be there for years

Think I might start working on a 'what I have to say to people' post. I loved doing it last time, its a way of gettings things out of my head and saying them to people, without the whole load of confrontation and convosation be it good or bad lol. Also this way I have the peace of mind knowing that the person might read it. I'm not gonna finish it any time soon though, I'll wait until I finish uni for xmas in a week :)

Also I'm very tired, and dissapointed that another day has went by and STILL NO TRAVIS! :( Come on Rikki don't make us wait too long haha ♥

Finally got that stupid Personal development presentation over and done with today, and just my luck as I was talking I said skill wrong, I said 'skwill' lol So for the rest of my speech I was trying not to burst into laughter.. not good :P When personal development is over forever I'll be a happy person.

So anywhos, go home and have some bacon & sausages only to find that the sausages aren't fresh and now I don't feel well GAY.

I am certainly not one for romantic films, i like action, sci fi and comedy, period! but on Sat I got sky player on my Xbox *free movies when i want :)* so i thought why not, lets see what all the fuss is about, i'll watch Twilight.

Alls i can say is.. mmmyessum :) haha meesa loves Edward Cullen :P I wish Dean was a vampire lol oh well :P

Its weird though, Robert Pattinson who plays Edward Cullen isn't even that nice in reality, i mean hes nice.. but not *that* nice, its his character and the way the story is which makes people like him so much. I found out Leah likes Jacob, eeeeew, hes a dirty werewolf haha Thats how you know Leahs not a gothgirl at heart :P

The Jeremy Kyle Show

Today I went to see the Jeremy Kyle Show, T'was awesooooome! :D

Had to be awake at 5.30 which was a nightmare, but when we *eventually* got there we were brought in to the studio, which looks ALOT smaller than it looks on the tv

We saw 3 stories, first was about a woman who had cheated on her bf, and got pregnant, then there was lie detector results for a man who had supposedly cheated, and then finally DNA results for a woman who had cheated on her ex 21 times! but she was trying to prove her ex was her babys father lol. Was really good, quite a bit of drama n_n

I am defo gona apply for more tickets for next year :) Jeremy Kyle is totally different to how he is on tv, he was jokin n swearing n stuff lol

Also he spoke to me about me having blue hair! haha :D

Dunno when its gonna be aired, could be next week or could be in a few months, I will try to record it and upload it if I can :)

Found out today that my worrrsssttt lecture P&D (ON A TUESDAY I MIGHT ADD), only lasts 1 semester, which means I don't have it anymore after the 7th Dec yaaaaaay :D

I can sit at home on crappy Tuesdays, and do fuck all :) (Hopefully anyway) lol

I must say, Friday 13th wasn't so bad at all :)

Yarp my head itches, think I'll by taking these darned dreads out soon, i love them but I don't know how anyone can leave them in for more than 2 weeks! Its a nightmare. Might take them out for a few days then put more in for Jeremy Kyle on Thursday :)

And in other news...Had a good day today with Leah♥

Went into Uni *late* today to finish stupid P&D coursework, and to my delight couldn't find my group anywhere. So I sat there for like 30mins on Facebook, and did a Flash tutorial, then it didn't work and i got angry but Leah saved me :)

Shes got conjunctivitus so we went to the Chemist to get her some ointment, then headed off to the Bakers Dozen for some Burgers (MLIA), then we went shopping in Matalan woowoo :)

Started my xmas shopping which is good, CANT WAITTTTTT.

Anyway, gonna go now to tidy my room then I think i'll give my Xbox some love, haven't been on it in a while cause the wires are all tangled. I should really set the Wii up again and get on the Wii fit to lose some weight.. maybe ill set it up b4 i go on xbox :)

Muse, Dreads and Claire ♥

Yes... Muse was friggin awesome! :D I was a bit dissapointed that they wern't very interactive, however they have no faults what so ever for performance. They're perfect live, sound pretty much exactly like the Albums which is great :) And the set up, my god it was amazing. lasers, big structures, giant balloons which wer thrown onto the crowd haha I'm not dissapointed that I missed Bomfire night, and thats saying something :)

I've also put my dreads in *yay* Black and blue, looks great :) Had loads of good comments, and they're Scott approved aswell :D yaaaay haha. According to Scott they're the "Best Rei dreads ever" w00pw00p ^_^

Also, we went out for Claires birthday yesterday! :D Was aweeesoooome. Went to Claires house first for a lil house partay and had marshmallows with Chocolate fountain-ness mmmm ^-^ And then Sausage Rolls and Chocolate fountain-ness nnyyyeeeemmmm ^{*thanks Leah♥*}, and then about a bazillion strawberries whilst talking to Tet haha :P And I had lots and lots of Lambrini LOL
Got to meet Claires family too for the first time which was nice, they're all so lovely :) Also met lots of other new people too, now just gotta try n find them on Facebook which should be erm...fun.
Then we went to the Swan and bumped into Scott n Nikki which was good :D Annnnnd then off the K we trotted. Was an awesome night all in all ^-^ muchly fun. Claire looked like she had a good night too which I'm happy about :) ♥ and she liked her presents! Yay ^-^ I thought she might like em cause it's the type of thing I'd want haha :P
Oh and now i'll say something very depressing.... I've watched all the episodes of House now :( booohoooo. Gotta wait for the next episode like normal people do, its so weird i dont like it!

My Needle Phobia - The History

Just tried to update my needle phobia video on youtube but it seems the description is too long, so I'll write it here and post a link :P

Thought I'd tell people my story, seen as I've had a few questions about it.

Since I was about 13 I had this unrational crazy phobia of needles, I don't remember the exact point when it all began, i think it just grew over the years.
In school, I missed my TB jab because i was so terrified, I'm ashamed to say it now, but I actually took an overdose when we were given the letters about it to take home. I even missed the tester, which isn't a needle, just a small pin prick... even the thought of that made me sick.

Over the years the phobia got so bad it was impossible to function normally on a daily basis. When people pointed their fingers at me, I imagined they were needles, If a pen was held in a certain way, it was a needle, the worst was being poked in the arm.. i'd cry and cry uncontrolably :/ If a needle came on the tv, even for a second, i'd cry. I remember an advert for an anti-wrinkle cream, and the needle was on for literally like... 3 seconds if that, but everytime I watched tv I was scared that the advert would come on.

Even one thought of a needle and my whole day was ruined, it'd creep back into my mind hours later and I'd cry again, and when i slept i'd have nightmares. The most common was (sounds stupid now) needles being thrown at me, and also people coming towards me with needles and not being able to run away because my legs wouldn't work.. thinking back now I remember how terrified I was.. its unbelievable how i lived like that. I couldn't even visit a loved one in Hospital without constantly being on guard, looking on every shelf, at every nurse, and every counter to see if there was a needle.. I was even scared of the yellow disposal bins :/

I remember one thing that helped me control and comfort my anxiety at the time, and that was wearing long sleeves, and rubbing my arms as if i was cold. I felt even more safe if i was wearing my coat lol. After a nightmare I used to squish up into a ball under the covers, holding my arms and knees tight up high, and i'd kind of rock and sway a bit. Sounds like I was a lunatic I know, mental illness alert, but in actual fact I was just terrified that I would think about them again. I was frightened of my own mind, and I didn't want to go to sleep incase it happened again.

The realisation came that I needed help when I discovered I needed my tooth filling, I knew 100% I couldn't go in the state I was in, so i went to the doctors and they arranged for me to see a councellor.

6 months later, and i was there.. she delved deep down into my past, trying to find out why i felt that way and what had brought it all on.

The first few visits were awful, even though we didnt talk about needles, thats what I was there for, so as always, my day would be ruined. We discovered that its likely to be a long list of events from my past which had built up to make me think they were a bad thing.

The therapy began with looking at a series of photographs of needles, the first week I couldn't look at them, and I just sat them on my lap whilst we talked, the 2nd week I peeked at them, the 3rd week i looked at them all properly, and chose a favourite which was the least "scary" and then discussed why. the 4th week I took them home and scattered them around my house, in places where I would always see them (by the kettle, in the bathroom, on my desk etc) It was very hard at first, I avoided parts of my house, but by the end of the week I had became accustomed to them.

Then I moved on to videos, and my councellor had picked out a few which she felt wouldnt be too scary for me to watch. In all honest, at first I lied and said I was watching them every day even though I wasn't... i just couldn't bring myself to do it. But after a few weeks, i started watching it more, and then i searched on google for videos and pictures of needles. This was hard at first, as you can imagine some were pretty horrific and i cried as i did it, at times not even being able to see the screen because of the tears pouring out.

In our discussions, we discovered that looking and thinking about sewing needles didn't scare me, but thinking about seringes terrified me, so after a few weeks of watching videos, she brought in some surgical needle heads (the pin) from a nurse.

The first week I just looked at them in the wrappers, I didnt want to open them because I felt like they couldn't get me if they were wrapped up. I also requested that i keep hold of them or they stay on the floor, as i felt too uncomfortable with someone else holding them.

The week after I was feeling very brave, and we opened the packaging, and I actually held the pin. There were a few all of different sizes and widths. Strangely, i felt most comfortable with the small thick needle, my rationalisation for this at the time was (and i actually said this) if you slipped with the thin one its more likely to go through me. Makes me laugh thinking about what i said, it doesn't make sence.

After a few weeks of feeling the needle tips, I was introduced to the seringe part of the needle, which to my surprise looked nothing like i had feared. It was a needle for taking blood, which unknown to me had several different parts. I actually held the whole needle seringe n all, and carresed my arm with it.. terrified ofcourse.. but i was in control and was kind of coming to terms with the fact it could help me in the future, and does help millions of people around the world.

A few weeks later, for the first time in... possibly 5 years, i stood in a room and willingly watched a volunteer get her blood taken. She was ill and needed the blood to be taken monthly for tests. I cried and cried and pressed myself against the door, but we were in there for a good 10mins I'd say, and i eventually calmed down. The woman didn't look in pain, and she wasn't scared. She was actually talking to me as it happened, and she said it was fine.

The next week, my councellor had blood taken, and I sat next to her and watched. I felt very uncomfortable, but the nurse moved slowely and i trusted her. I bravely sta in the chair afterwards and the strap was put around my arm so I felt comfortable with it. I was unbelieveably scared even by this, my arms were exposed, and I didn't like that at all.

The week after she had blood taken again, i sat in the chair afterwards ready to have my blood taken, but i couldn't do it. My phobia kicked in, and i had no explanation for why i didnt want to do it.. i was just too scared. I was sobbing as I walked home, I felt like I had failed, I knew I needed to do this.

The week after, this video was taken, and thats the end of that chapter.

For anyone with a phobia, i do advise you get councelling, don't let it get as bad as mine was, its really not worth the hassle. A whole year of councelling, just because my brain thought of needles as a danger :/

I won't lie, I am still uncomfortable looking at videos of needles, and admittedly i will sometimes look away, but its nothing like it was. I've had 3 more needles since that video, and i've had my ears pierced too :) Although on my 3rd visit to the dentist, I count it as one but i actually had about 5 needles in one go to numb my gums. (I had to have the tooth out, i had an abcess which was about to break through my skin on my face... yeah that same old tooth, i left it that long haha)

Obviously, i cried uncontrollably on all occasions, but the last time at the dentist, i actualy didn't cry that much, I calmed down and felt more comfortable with it because I knew it didnt hurt, they pulled my tooth out and I felt nothing, thanks to them needles.

The fear of needles will never 100% go, but I can think about them and not care, no nightmares or anything. I mean come on my fave tv show is House, if any of you have saw that before you will understand what I'm getting at.... its needles galore!

*happy sigh* Had a good weekend :) Halloween Eve on Friday at the K was immense, we had a free ticket so dragged Lew along, n then met up with some peple there too. Twas pretty empty tbh, but was good cause we could move around and actually get served! haha My Hello Kitty costume turned out pretty awwwesoooome too ^_^

Saturday (Halloween) was pretty cool too, lots more people came though and everyone kept going missing! Rather annoying to say the least, also cause it was sooooo packed, we only ended up having like.. 3/4 drinks lol. My Chun Li costume was amazing, me & Dean (Chun Li & Ryu) went into the competition, got to the second round but that was it :/ Was cool though, didn't expect to win anyway, just thought i'd do it for a laugh :P haha We ended up losing most of the people we were with so me, Dean n Stevie got off at around.. half 3/4ish, and to our delight it was pissing down! lol Had to walk all the way to John Moores to get a taxi ¬_¬ eughhhh

Oh and Sunday! :D:D Luckily I wasn't hung over, and had a great time at Rikkis Baby Shower. Helen did such a good job! The games were fun, I won pin the dummy on the baby! haha Got me some fruit pastels ^_^ The ice pack game (can't remember the name) turned out to be a bit of a disaster tho :/ All the bags ended up ripping and everyone got soaked haha And the Pinata, bloody hell they're tougher than they look lol.
The buffet was yummy too :) Mmmm i want another one of Hildas cakes! lol

Anyways, I'm soooo tired, busy weekend, only just managed to upload the photos to FB lol!

Today i've eaten - 2 slices of toast with peanut butter, 6in italian subway with ham, lettuce, cucumber & lite mayo, tomato & bacon pasta with a bit of cheese & 3 slices of garlic baguette, 1 jam doughnut. Pretty bad really :S Alot of carbs there lol dangard.

Oh ye, had a bit of a worry today about Dean being in this new band and was a bit nervous about things taking the same course as last time, but I had a chat with him and we sorted it all out :) Luckily he understood why I felt this way and told me everything would be ok. I guess the best way to sort things out is too talk about it :)

Weird feelings...

Talk about a blast from the past, I've just been reading Leahs old Livejournal posts from an age ago, and I must say, It didn't just back those happy memories, it also brought back many demons which I tried so hard to forget.

A long long time ago, Leah and I were like... jam on toast, chips and beans, apple crumble and custard, the bin and marmite, you just didn't get one without the other, we came as a pair. She was my best friend, and no one came close in comparison.

When mine and Deans relationship became serious, I made a fatal error.. I disconnected myself from life thinking nothing of it. I didn't just lose contact with Leah, and lost all my friends, and just went into my own little shell.

Naturally, Leah became friends with other people.. and it got to the point, were we didn't come as a pair anymore.. we didn't even come in the same category, we hardly talked. She found a best friend in Roxanne, who now I've came to love to bits myself, but at the time I didn't know her and all I did was see her as a threat.

Reading back on those old journals, it just reminds me of how much of a screw up I was. I should have been there, having a laugh, going out, just being a friend like everyone else. Instead I just.. let go of everyone I cared for and expected them to still be there when I wanted them.

In actual fact, which makes me feel even worse, I remember blaming every one else. I cut myself off, then when they all had moved on, I blamed them in my head, thinking they were the ones who left me, which obviously they would do if they thought I didn't wanna know them anymore :/

These are weird feelings right now :/ This was all in the past, I should be looking back, laughing and saying 'what was I thinking', but instead I feel.. angry for letting this whole shananigan occur.

- But then I think... everything happens for a reason. I have more friends than ever, I have my boyfriend of nearly 6 years.. Leah, my best friend and still, no1 comes close in comparison.. and I also have new best friends too who I love more than anything.

I think the moral of this story is, people are young, people grow and everyone makes mistakes, but it all happens for a reason, and I wouldn't be here today if it hadn't :/

I've been a happy bunny on the outside, but today has been the worst day of my life for about 3 years, and I have no explanation for why. Tuesdays suck.
